Vacation rentals in Mayfield Lake

What a peaceful and clean home. The entire process was easy and good communication. The home is close(walking distance) to Mayfeild Lake boat ramp and park however, there is no sidewalk. The main road did not seem too busy(only one car passed us) so it was not a big deal but, I don’t think I would have chanced it with toddlers. We did come home the first night to a herd of deers, they were surrounding the house. It was pretty cool! The windows throughout the house have no screens. It did not bother us at all but, it could be interesting during those “buggy” months. The bathroom was fully stocked, even included cotton pads(much appreciated). Kitchen was fully stocked even had a waffle maker and a Pac-Man arcade machine. So fun!! We would easily book this again for a nice little peaceful getaway.

This cottage was clean, safe, and just as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc and there was also a vacuum and mop for any spills. It was such a relief to be in a pet friendly space where my dog had the option to go out in a fenced yard (small, but still great). The neighborhood was calm and quiet and only ~20 mins from Olympia and ~50 mins from Tacoma. Thank you for a great stay, Shannon!

What a wonderful gem of a place in Ashford and soo close to the Longmire entrance of Mt Rainier! Deepa’s communication and responsiveness was excellent and her place was a 5⭐️ experience! The place was clean, tidy and had almost everything you would possibly need for an enjoyable stay! The hot tub was amazing and privately tucked in a back corner. The place was comfortable and had more than enough room for 3 adults and our 2 small dogs. Comfy large couches, and cozy propane fireplace, a Great deck out front, a fire pit on the side and plenty of games and such already there - also a speaker to play music and a large smart tv! The loft has a tv with lots of VHS movies too! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with lots of smaller homes and properties. Easy to find and not too far off of the main road! Will definitely plan on staying again!

This was my second stay with Brenda and it worked very well for me. The place is clean, bright, comfortable and right on the lake. The surroundings are very peaceful! Brenda is a very thoughtful host, available for anything if yiu need it.

Amazing little place to stay, everything about it was so perfect! Has everything you need and location is perfect. Private little hot tub in the back was the cherry on top of the cake! Will definitely stay here again!

Patt’s place was wonderful, and such a cozy home to return to after hiking! The little notes around the home were super clear- easy check-in, huge comfy bed, easy check out. The heaters totally warmed us up after freezing winter hikes. We loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ashford or Ranier. Minutes away from the park entrance, and such a serene, private cabin!

beautiful and peaceful I'd stay here again

Austin and Betty Jo hosted a wonderful stay! My partner and I tend to keep to ourselves and seek quiet escapes from the city and suburbia, and this was perfect. Lovely wood fires, great views, and quiet property. We took a trail ride and it started to rain a good bit, and Austin kindly let us ride in their covered arena instead. We hope to be back in the summer to get the full trail experience and utilize their private dock on the lake for paddle boarding!

This place was great for a weekend with Mt Rainier with friends! Although we didn't get the perfect weather for snowshoeing, it was still a great location - really close to the park entrance, and ~45 minutes up to Paradise. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day, even in the rain. There are a few little shops close by for any last minute needs (although we stopped at a bigger grocery store on the way in). The kitchen had enough spices and essentials that we cooked all our meals there and didn't try any of the restaurants close by.
