Monthly Rentals in Maya Beach, Seine Bight

Alan's Seahouse is across the street from his Hotel, on the lagoon side. The room has plenty of space. a nice little kitchen area (with working stove), ceiling fan and AC, and a large TV with time of channels and apps. Comfortable for a weeks stay, or longer - the building has 4 units, and some have been rented for months at a time. Very quiet inside. you can't hear your neighbors at all. The available kayaks and bicycles (free) is a really nice plus! Alan's is around most days. Great guy to chat with, and very agreeable to requests for help.

As beautiful and peaceful as we were hoping! Such a great setting, very easy to find and super central to both Maya Beach and just a 20-min drive to Placencia. Publics grocery is 8-min drive south, and loads of close restaurants. We used the kayaks and even fished in them across the lagoon. Star gazed at night from the dock, and cooked in the fully equipped and stocked kitchen. Herbert provided absolutely anything you could ever need and then some. Seriously, not just sun block and bug spray, but like 3 kinds. Numerous different towels and beach towels, umbrellas, spices and oils/marinades in the kitchen, not only kayaks and bikes, but a fishing pole and net, multiple sizes life jacket, super strong WiFi, you name it. Great bathroom with big tub and strong water pressure. Sitting on the deck listening to the lagoon was mesmerizing. Obviously a lot of planning went into the thoughtful details and we absolutely loved our stay. Thank you Herbert!

This has been our favorite Airbnb stay ever! The location was beautiful and breathtaking, ocean out our front door. Hospitality by Kimberly was great, quiet beach and beautiful. Amazing!

The guest home was perfect. My mother and daughter shared the smaller room with no problems, and my wife and I had the larger room. The home was the perfect size for the four of us. The location was absolutely perfect. There are the best restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store. The beach is right across the street, and the resorts are open to the public if you have food or drinks. We liked the Green Parrot and Ceiba Beach Resort the best as they are next to each other and you can walk on the beach between them. It was an amazing experience and we would love to return. We would definitely stay at Laylo again. A big thank you for the boat recommendation. We used Akeem's service and he introduced us to Mario. They took us fishing and to an amazing resort on an island off the coast. Best day ever.
