Monthly Rentals in Matino

It was a perfect vacation in a great apartment!

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment. The accommodation is extremely tastefully decorated. Plus, everything you need is there. From detergent to kitchen equipment, nothing is missing. You immediately feel at home. The roof terrace is a dream. If you want to spend a relaxing time away from the usual tourism in the somewhat quieter Matino, this is the right place for you. Communication with James was super friendly and uncomplicated. An absolute recommendation.

Beautiful apartment with a view of the San Giorgio square! We enjoyed our month long stay! We do a lot of cooking and were impressed with how fully equipped the kitchen was for preparing our meals. We did not a rent a car so it was nice that everything is in walking distance. The people in Matino are all so gracious and friendly. Thank you Vito and Marco for your hospitality! And a special thank you to Marta, even with the language barrier, she always greeted us with a huge smile and gave us some good recommendations. We will definitely visit again!

The stay in Matino and in the house were super pleasant. The house with its original star vaults and a taste between modern and traditional is a comfortable place to stay in Salento. The beautiful terrace offers a splendid view over the rooftops of Matino and towards the horizon, where you can see the sea in the distance and from where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The house is equipped with all amenities and is in a very quiet area and very close to the center of the village. By car, Matino's location is definitely strategic for visiting the beaches and places of Salento. Thanks to Rosanna for hosting us. Highly recommended
