We really enjoyed our stay in this house – the pool is in excellent condition, the sea is just a stone’s throw away, the water is clean, and the ocean floor has no rocks, just sand, making it perfect for children.

The houses and the employees are very nice. Thank you for all your help. The only think is the internet es very bad and slow conexión the same with the cable TV.

The house was lovely, the owner is friendly, and the house keepers were wonderful. The area is quiet and safe. The one thing I’d say is that the house is a bit on the expensive side compared to other houses we have rented in Nicaragua. Even still, we’d stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb located in Residencial Santa Anita, Managua. The house is perfect to enjoy in a group, whether with friends or family. Its atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, which allowed us to relax after touring the beautiful cities of León, Managua, Masaya, Granada and San Juan del Sur. Plus, Allan's friendliness made our experience even more special; he was always willing to help us and make sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our trip. Thanks for making us feel at home! Undoubtedly, a highly recommended place for those who want to know the culture and the beautiful corners of the country of Nicaragua.

Very pleased with our stay, Liz was super responsive and communicative, the place was great.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Apoyo! The lake is stunning with its clean, warm water—perfect for swimming and relaxing. The house was a great match for the beautiful setting. We especially loved the big screened porch and patio, both ideal for enjoying the peaceful views. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable, and the steam room was a lovely extra. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. This is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back!

The spot is better than it looks. Couldn’t recommend enough. 10/10!! Highlights: has a washer and dryer and WiFi was spot on. Very spacious as well! I will book it again next time I come to Nicaragua.

the house is missing maintenance, in the cleaning of the picina , the asado area the washing machine damaged had water leak,the toilet in a room did not fill the tank, the refrigerator did not freeze only the part of the frozen, and the part of ice cream was deficient, in a room the light switch does not work,they have to improve everything that is maintenance

If you’re looking for a paradise filled with all the sounds of the rainforest full of various birds, howler monkey calls in the morning, insects, butterflies and more, this place is it! Spectacular lagoon, so clean and private, warm water-great for kayaking, paddle boarding and more. The house has multiple levels to satisfy your style of relaxation and Mark and Wilmer were both very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would love to come back here again!
