We loved our stay at Marta's studio. It felt like a home from home! The studio is spacious - great for two people to spread out and down a little road that is a quick walk to both Hiri and Dikwella beaches, but quiet at night. There are some gems really nearby like Rosie's Kitchen and Marta gave great recommendations for places she likes. We were 'digital nomad-ing' from Sri Lanka and Marta's space was great for that as it has good wifi and two places we could set up: a desk inside the studio and a big table outside. It was also nice to have a kettle and fridge so we could make our own breakfasts and sit out on the peaceful front porch watching the monkeys. Highly recommend!

Thineth's place is absolutely beautiful! The scenic views are breathtaking, and the privacy is perfect. The space was spotless and well-furnished. We were a group of 8 and had no issues during our stay. The hospitality was outstanding, they took excellent care of us. We especially loved the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay in Weligama. The accommodation was neat and the host is so kind! Worth the price. One has to consider, that the house lays directly at the main road. In total a great stay!

We stayed for two nights with our family and everyone loved this place. The house is located in a beautiful land. It's private, calm and peaceful. We saw lots of peacocks in the yard and fruit trees all around. The host and the caretakers were very friendly, responsive and hospitable. We will definitely return here!

Truly incredible, I’ll definitely be returning and recommending to friends. The location, the house itself, Azzuro the peacock, the monkeys, the locals. Everything was perfect! Lahiru and Dilan were so attentive. I was able to book a cooking class with them which was SO much fun! It is an absolute must stay if you’re visiting Sri Lanka. Close proximity to hiriketiya beach and many cafes and restaurants, only a few minutes walk to Blue beach. Quiet fisherman’s village with stunning views and lovely beaches. The interior is so lovely too, the kitchen especially. Just perfect! Thank you so so much!

Stunning, idyllic, tranquil. An absolutely beautiful villa in the hillside with views of the sea. Very private with a lush pool and big bedroom. Breakfast was incredible with several options. Chamara was so friendly along with the other gentlemen. Lots of recommendations, on hand all the time and supported us throughout the stay. Would definitely return, it’s a beautiful place. Didn’t want to leave!!

My stay in this beautiful villa apartment was just perfect, it is super clean and everything is new. You are just a few minutes walking distance to the beach, where you can go for a swim, a surf or a fresh coconut:) As i was working online a lot, it was important to me that the wifi connection is good and stable and it was perfect for many hours of video calls! But the best is the family of Harashani that runs the copyshop downstairs, they are the most lovely people, helping me out with everything and also taking care of me when I got sick🥹 I felt at home and hope i can come back soon😍

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location was great, very short walk to coconut hill and about 15 mins to mirissa beach. The balcony was really nice to relax on, we enjoyed our breakfast there which was provided for free and very tasty. Ruwan really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and even dropped us to a restaurant that we wanted to go to free of charge. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend ⭐️

We had a wonderful time at Surf Lodge! The location is perfect, the onsite cafe has really delicious food and drinks, and the apartment was exactly what we hoped for! Chethana is a fantastic host, too! Really friendly, proactive and attentive to his guests. Will absolutely stay here again.

We really loved our stay in the apartment. It's very nicely designed and has everything that's needed. Also, we really enjoyed cooking in the outside kitchen. The place has a nice working area if you ever need to be productive. Eva was a great host. She was there for us all the time and helped us a lot with everything. The beach is very close and several shops aren't far away.

The place was easy to find, just a 20-minute walk from the beach. It’s spacious with a large balcony and close to the jungle, where we saw monkeys, parrots, chipmunks, peacocks, mongoose, and other wildlife. The area is quiet and far from busy spots, making it great for a peaceful stay. Our host, Sujeewa, was excellent—responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with, as he is an English teacher. He provided extra pillows and large water bottles (for a fee), ensuring a comfortable stay. He also helped with washing our clothes free of charge. There were a few extra fees, but they were reasonable. The internet was fast but limited to 10 GB/day; we paid extra to upgrade his plan to unlimited as we had to work during our stay. Using the AC also had a daily fee, as it’s not a standard amenity due to past misuse by guests leaving it on unnecessarily causing high electricity costs. Overall, the accommodation offers great value for its price, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

This review is based on the whole experience of living in this beautiful place. The neighbour family helped us a lot and made our stay wonderful. We played a lot with the children and had good talks with their mother, and my partner went surfing with her son. All in all, a beautiful place with everything you need, and with the big bonus of the neighbour family and their restaurant, Mr Sunset. Recommend their rice and curry, and breakfast! Highly recommend!

Ananda and Malika are very lovely, kind and warm hosts. They were very generous and offered me several times some of the delicious food Malika had cooked. The Airbnb was excellent and spotlessly clean. Large and comfortable bed and plenty of space inside and outside under the protected verandah. Probably the best wifi I had in three months all over Sri Lanka. The little shop they have is very handy. Quiet and peaceful location and private. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

We loved our stay - excellent location with a short walk to the surfing beaches but nice to be in a quiet area. Incredible breakfast and surroundings. So happy with our stay we wish we could have stayed longer!.

Our 10 day stay in Mirissa, in Mathilda's apartment and with Ayomi (called herself Meena) as lovable local hostess was beyond any expectation. The apartment itself was perfect. Both looks, location, and content were excellent. When, in addition, Mathilda turned out to be an unusually nice and thoughtful owner, who through daily messages provided tips and questions if there was anything we missed, or if we had special wishes. And Ayomi, the most beautiful human we met on the entire Sri Lanka tour, followed up with freshly squeezed juices, local small dishes, lunch and really nice conversations about the area, family and life in general. We miss Mirissa, Mathilda and especially Meena and can highly recommend Villa Sweylon to future Sri Lanka Farms.

Gayashan and Roshani made this stay unforgettable and the best one during our time in Sri Lanka! They were always available to answer any questions, organized the best Safari into Udawalawe through a friend, did a cooking lesson with us, helped with getting taxis and so much more. Both were so welcoming and it happened often that we talked for half an hour during breakfast about Sri Lanka, nature, politics and food with them. The place is lovely and exactly like the photos! It is in a quiet area with no cars (only peacocks and monkeys haha) and it takes 10 minutes by foot to Hiriketiya beach. The breakfast they serve is authentic Sri Lankan, changes a bit from day to day to keep it exciting and most importantly is DAMN DELICIOUS! And, this shouldn’t be forgotten, both Gayashan and Roshani are absolutely kind and great people and we felt like guests in their home and not just people sleeping next door. Will come again!
