Beachfront vacation rentals in Matanzas

We enjoyed our stay in Varadero in this residence. However, even if the other one can't do anything, the current situation in Cuba makes sure that there is a lot missing in the grocery stores and we had to look for bottled water that we finally found at Calle 33.

Another amazing stay at mumma and Hendry's. every year we come the place gets better. And so does their English. this place has great water pressure and absolute stunning view and one of the most central locations you could ask for while still having the privacy of not being on the main road. anything you need or could need they will help you find If you're looking for a very unique experience, this is the place to stay. It Is a fully private unit that you will make your home.

Very nice and helpful host, also in recommending places/activities to do in Varadero. House exactly as described, very clean and equipped with all the accessories (washing machine, iron, air conditioning, etc.). Recommended as a great alternative to resorts!

The house it's greatly ubicated in Varadero, is near the most important cultural and nightly life places. The host is a wonderful person always attentive to everything we need. A great place to discover Cuba outside of the all-inclusives. Safe, secure accommodations. Wonderful hosts and family. Close to beach, good restaurants (paladar) if you don't want to cook, but you have a kitchen if you do. Outdoor living space to catch a breeze is lovely. About 2 hours from Havana for day/overnight trip. Twenty minutes from most Varadero attractions. Great place to disconnect and unwind (tho there is wifi if you want to stay plugged in!). Recommend without hesitation.

Mayuli is welcoming and the place is very cute, have a pool and very close to public beaches. They have everything you need in the house, but wifi can only be used on the first floor. Overall the host is welcoming and everyone works there are nice.

We loved staying here, Lazaro was very helpful. He helped us arrange transportation from the airport to the house, the house is in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. Ceasar our host was great to us, he helped us with everything we needed and answered all of our questions, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Danny’s place and he was such a great host. Very welcoming, very supportive and he even offered us coffees, brought us some cupcakes and let us have his snorkel equipment for free. We had a lot of nice conversations and would always come back! The room was super spacious and bright and it was sooooo quiet in the night, we had a great sleep. There were a few electricity outages but Danny had a generator so most of that was covered :) We can only recommend this place and want to thank Danny once more for having us!

What a great place, we were in need of more peace after the hustle and bustle of Cienfuegos. We did find this at La China, but the rooster crows at 4 a.m. but we didn't mind this, if you can't stand this, you have to bring earplugs. China is a great cook, cooked delicious for us 1 evening. Beach is nearby and on the beach it is also quiet. On Sundays, more locals come to the beach, but then the area is quiet. China has arranged for us that we could go snorkeling, this was a nice experience. If we ever come back to Varadero, please come back to this Casa.

i liked the time I spent in Matanzas at Angel's place very much. Angel was great and really helpfull in everything. Gave me a lot of tips. Hope I will come back soon. Thank you Angel.

Great place, my family was super happy, it’s very close to the boulevard and restaurants, few blocks from the beach and amazing amenities, I definitely recommend it I would give it more stars if I could!

Isabel's house was as described. Close to the beach, with restaurants nearby, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. But the best part was Sra. Tamara, Isabel's mother. She was very hospitable and helpful; she had an answer to every question and was always there to help us. You must definitely ask her if she can make breakfast for you! We'd be happy to give her more than 5 stars.

Our stay was excellent. Daniel was responsive and helpful throughout. A great host. The place is ideal to be on the amazing beach over the road in under 1 minute! Also great for exploring Varadero town.

The days my family and I stayed at Michel's house were excellent. The accommodation is beautiful and Yini's attention and kindness was 10/10.

What a great place to stay, friendly, clean, quiet. Super hosts. The beach restaurants and bars are all within east walking distance. Varadero does not have much in the way of food and drink shops so we got these from over the bridge.

Apartment on a common use esplanade with a view and direct access to the beach. Loly and Luis were attentive to any needs we had and shared their beautiful apartment for internet access or simply to enjoy a coffee and a beautiful view. Very useful recommendations.

There is not enough good things I can say about this place. Judith and her family are the sweetest, most helpful and amazing people! I stayed here by myself and they made me feel very welcome and safe, and were very respectful. I don't think the pictures on Airbnb do the place justice, you can tell that they really care for the place. It's very clean and only a few minutes walking to the beach. If you go up to the next street, Calle 53, there is a little bridge that goes to the beach where you can rent a shade and a bed if you would like. Judith also offered breakfast for $7 and it was plenty of food and very delicious. I will for sure stay here again next time I'm in Varadero! Thank you

Everything is great! The apartment is very well equipped and we felt right at home
