Beachfront vacation rentals in Matalascañas

This apartment is great to spend a few days, we were 2 couples and we didn't miss anything. You can park the car inside, it is a few minutes walk from the main promenade of El Palmar, far enough away from the noise. Correct beds, comfortable and large sofa for 4, kitchen with everything you need, beach towels, umbrella, surfboards…Ana and her husband of 10, left us several things for reception and in the blackout, they left us the generator to be able to cook and so on. Highly recommended, we will be back!

We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. I had a great week in this place, feet in the water, it was just perfect! The cottage is super nice, clean and very conveniently located. And above all, a huge thank you to the host who is super nice, smiling, warm and always available. Once again thank you for everything, I will come back without hesitation!

The location is excellent, you have the beach a hop, literal and very good atmosphere turning the corner. The photos do not do justice to the apartment, in person they want. We were very comfortable, and the hosts were attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying at this place, and could have happily stayed permanently haha. The first evening we watched a beautiful sunset with a homecooked meal (Lidl in Tavira) and the following morning all walked down to the nature reserve past the animals that our 3 year old loved, and watched the sun coming up with a coffee and it was pure heaven. Very family/child friendly, lots to do and the pool was quiet and great fun! The sun still there late October to top up the tan. More than enough to do in the surrounding areas, we were just happy to sit around the pool and relax. Despite the neighbours nearby, it feels 100% private and secure. The pool is communal but wasn't too busy. Rosa is lovely and always there to help. The internet isn't super strong, but you can get a signal booster from Rosa if you need it for anything. My phone had 4G/5G so I was fine. Everything you need. A bit dated but its fitting with the villa and the area. Would 100% stay again!

Perfect accommodation, the house is amazing, clean, new, very well equipped and on top of that Beatriz is a very good host, attentive to us at all times. The terrace and pool are the best part of the house.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Excellent home and hosts, totally recommended. Full of details and everything of first quality, bathrooms, beds, furniture, kitchen etc. Much better than in the photos. The unbeatable play area. Quiet area, very close to the cove and with spectacular views. Urbanization with green areas and large pool that in summer should be a delight open to the sea. At the same time close by car to Conil and Roche and with possible excursions to beautiful villages such as Vejer or Medina Sidonia. Thank you for everything Carmen and I hope we can come back again.

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

Our stay in this beautiful house was very special and will remain in very positive memory for a long time. Starting with a highly professional handling of our hosts. Communication was absolutely smooth and friendly. The location of the house is perfect. Quiet and at the same time central, both in terms of proximity to the beach and the surrounding restaurants and shops. We will never forget the sunsets we were allowed to enjoy on the extremely tastefully furnished roof terrace. Our hosts have decorated the house with stylish taste and a lot of love for detail. In terms of amenities, it is easy to see that the concept of this property is consistently aimed at guests with high standards. The cleanliness we found was exemplary. Loved the appartment with its pristine view of Los Lances Beach and Northern Africa right across. Great location - close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and the old part of town. We hope to return.

The area is beautiful and the place was very clean and as pictured. We felt very comfortable and were very nicely and helpfully advised by the neighbor John, as Bruno and Sara were on vacation.
