Beachfront vacation rentals in Matalascañas

This apartment is great to spend a few days, we were 2 couples and we didn't miss anything. You can park the car inside, it is a few minutes walk from the main promenade of El Palmar, far enough away from the noise. Correct beds, comfortable and large sofa for 4, kitchen with everything you need, beach towels, umbrella, surfboards…Ana and her husband of 10, left us several things for reception and in the blackout, they left us the generator to be able to cook and so on. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Great stay - even during the Euro-electric power outage. Quick bus #7 to old city, and restaurants surrounding near the apartment. Right on the beach. View is the other direction, but there's a bar with a terrace immediately down stairs. Quiet and restful inside. Nice fixtures, everything works.

We have had a wonderful week 2 families together, we so much enjoyed the property and our time for rest & relaxation. Great opportunity for our daughter to practice her Spanish for her upcoming exams. We highly recommend your space for future guests. Just fabulous, thank you so much Juan. Raul is very responsive and proactive. He sent recommendations and it was easy to communicate with him. The house was in perfect condition and it was exactly as expected. Direct access to the beach too. My parents stayed there for one week and they definitely loved it and would recommend it. Would definitely come back again ! Thanks Raul :)

The location is excellent, you have the beach a hop, literal and very good atmosphere turning the corner. The photos do not do justice to the apartment, in person they want. We were very comfortable, and the hosts were attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

We spent a week with our dog, the cabin is just like in the photos, the pool is amazing. It's super close to the beach. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place to be. You only hear birds!!! 100% recommended. And what can I say about David, communication with him was wonderful, always attentive and kind to us. We'll be back for sure!! 😜

Perfect apartment with 2 quiet bedrooms & the lounge-kitchen a good size with lovely terrace directly facing the sea but across an inner garden so not right next to the beach boardwalk , making it very relaxing… Great communication from Antonia

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

Our May Bridge was wonderful there! We have been in love with Cádiz for years and this flat is a sign of the special of this city. Spacious, clean, and the best…. The views! As a suggestion , to say that a bar to have breakfast watching the sea next to that gorgeous ventral would be a 10! We will definitely be back.

They helped us to overcome challenges as we checked in during the spanish blackout, but we got full support including some cash as we were running out of it and we could not withdraw cash, risking also an empty fuel tank in the car. BIG THANK YOU!!!
