We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. Wonderful place! We loved the view and stunning view of Lucca. The reception was incredibly helpful as well. They helped us book a taxi for the wedding we were attending.

My parents have been very comfortable in the home. I was close to everything, it's spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend it as a base for a route through Versiglia and the villages of Tuscany

Marco's place is one of a kind, a little house equipped with everything above the bathing establishment, right on the beach, offers the opportunity to eat on your private terrace looking at the sea, the excellent restaurant (excellent fish!!) right next to the establishment offers the service of taking the dishes of the restaurant to your own home!!! Federico and Giuseppe were exceptional, always ready and smiling like all Marco's staff,really unparalleled, the host was also incredibly flexible for any kind of really 6-star situation! Super Host

Teresa is a delicate, discreet person, not at all intrusive but very helpful: when I needed to write to her, she always responded immediately; we should have done a self-checkin but in the end we crossed paths both on arrival and when we left and it was a pleasure to meet her and chat with her. The apartment is cozy, tastefully furnished, comfortable and very clean. The condominium is located on Viale delle Piagge, a few minutes by bike from the center and easy to reach if necessary by car. The area is quiet and pleasant, especially during the day, because it is immersed in the greenery of the promenade. It was a very pleasant stay and we will definitely get back to you when you need it!

it was just like being at home, but by the sea!! The apartment is equipped with all comforts and really equipped with anything, the location is amazing!! Once you cross the street you are on the walk and on foot you can comfortably get to everywhere. I have two small children and in the apartment I found all the comforts for them too...crockery, bed,sheets, etc...also communication with Agnese, co-host of Davide, was really always responsive, very friendly and useful to make the most of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very well located with everything, you can walk perfectly from there everywhere. For a weekend it is ideal, everything was very clean and the host was very nice and very attentive to everything. For the price it is very good, I recommend it.

Beautiful Borgo with a interesting Napoleon background. Neat apartments welcome you for a bit of peace and quietness. Gardens surrounding the Borgo are beautifully manicured and the pool is absolutely stunning. From this little Italian gem you can easily travel to the must sees in this part of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa & the Mediterranean beaches.

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. It was a great apartment in beautiful surroundings, but in the evening children still played very loudly in front of the door and the bells from the church must also be able to bear. Otherwise, it was really good.

We took our stay. Starting with check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel comfortable away from many people. There is really more than enough space for two. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were not able to test the pool due to the temperatures. There was no wish for us. Supermarkets are great to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. We usually have a 20-minute drive to the sea depending on the location - just perfect.

Very good accommodation with great facilities for sports. Everything was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and supported reservations. Only recommended for 5 couples maximum. The rest of the rooms lack privacy. Shopping facilities are very limited nearby before 4 p.m.

The house was lovely and very comfortable. It’s a lovely place next to a garage and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and grapes. The garage is small and means there is plenty of space for parking. The back yard was really lovely and playful. We enjoyed the proximity to Lucca and all the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this house for people traveling with a car. It was very nice to pull right up and be able to park.

We had a wonderful stay and a very good time! Unfortunately, there was a double bed in a basement room without windows. A stay with 8 people is therefore perfect! But other than that - we would come back! Many thanks for the hostess!

We were looking for a quiet, quiet place in nature to escape from Milan and we found it! We spent 5 days in the Chalet Anemone in the week of August: very clean, equipped, everything new and what about the veranda overlooking the mountains for our breakfasts and dinners under the stars; in short, we had a great time! The owner Ilaria was very kind, attentive to every request, never intrusive. Very good breakfasts with wild blueberry jam tart made by you! And much more. At dinner, Ilaria was also able to satisfy me who are vegetarian with local polenta, cheeses and spelt: deliciousness. Lovely landscape, background of birds and stream, beautiful paths to take in the unspoiled nature. See you soon!
