Great host, very approachable and friendly. the apartment was clean and as described in the pictures. really enjoyed our two nights and wish we had stayed longer. the outside balcony/terrace was also beautifully presented, it had changing lights which have it a cosy effect. living room area had a new LG AC unit installed. bedrooms were spotless and smelt really good. overall a positive experience and would recommend Nawal's place if you're looking to stop over in the area. Thank you.

We spent two nights at this amazing villa in the middle of an idyllic setting! The pool is surrounded by mountains and you are really secluded; which makes the stay very peaceful. The palm trees that surround the pool are beautiful!! We were greeted by the caretaker of the house who showed us around the villa and gave us all the information we needed. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, laundry detergent and a hanging rack which is very convenient. The Marjane supermarket is about ten minutes by car so perfect for shopping and cooking yourself. A big 10/10 for this experience; we hope to one day come back here with the family. 😁

I had a wonderful stay at Bouchra's Triplex! The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Bouchra was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.
