It is located 10 minutes walk from the city center, 15 minutes drive from the beaches and the 4 lanes that serves Marseille and the airport in particular is 3 minutes from the apartment.

Anna is a very friendly and helpful host and her place is exactly as advertised. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the flat is very comfortable. We stayed here the night of arrival and the night before departure out of Marseilles airport and it was super convenient—a 7 minute drive to the airport! Plenty of room for 3 or 4 people if you include the living room (I slept on the couch and it was super comfortable!). Really kind and welcoming hosts. Would be happy to stay again!

Excellent stay in Marseille, Jocelyne is an extremely kind and accommodating host, she left us total flexibility on the time of departure and arrival according to the availability of her apartment. The welcome was warm and the apartment is very well-equipped, spacious with comfortable bedding for 4 people, very well-located in the Prado district in a modern and quiet residence and full of small touches that were present for our arrival so it was very appreciable! We can only recommend this accommodation about 15-20 minutes walk from the Velodrome so the location is great and the closed box in the basement to park the car safely is a big plus! In short, we found an address for future stays in Marseille. Thanks again to Jocelyne, everything was perfect and see you soon!
