Cleanliness of the condominium is at par. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The hosts are very accommodating and nice. One of our top pick place to stay at Venice. We are happy customers.

Marco was a great host, friendly, helpful and quick in responding. He was very flexible when we had to change our estimated arrival time at short notice. However it is very difficult to predict exact timing when you drive 600 km. A self check-in would have been ideal for the host and the guests, as it was not pleasant for us too having to change the plan. The location is a quiet , safe residential area with friendly neighbors but a bit far away from the center on foot. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift and ideal for 2 persons. It looks like it was very recently renovated, everything was new, very clean and functional. What was missing was a washing machine and a dish washer. The Nespresso machine and the coffee capsules were a brilliant idea and very much appreciated. The heating system worked very well.

His attention to detail and care for our experience made all the difference. The property itself is simply enchanting. Upon arrival, a cozy fire was burning, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that felt like a hug. Every corner of the home was thoughtfully decorated, and it provided the perfect peaceful escape. Jody’s hospitality went above and beyond, greeting us on arrival and even coming by to see us off at departure. His kindness and dedication to ensuring we had a fantastic stay made our experience unforgettable.
