Denis and his wife are extremely friendly and attentive hosts. The house is perfectly located close to the beach, there are even sandals/water gear for children on site. The A/C was an absolute win and works great. The monitored beach is easily accessible by stairs or via a beach path. The area is suitable for water sports enthusiasts, we were able to go snorkeling and use the stand up paddle. There is plenty to do in the area, about boat trips, a climbing park(from 80 cm possible!) to many small beautiful places, with markets. It was a wonderful holiday.

We had a great time at Eric and Coco's. The studio is impeccable, very clean. The decoration is done with taste, and there is everything you need. It really feels like home away from home. Eric and Coco are very nice and attentive hosts. We arrived very late the first day, and were very warmly welcomed. The accommodation is in a quiet area, and bikes allow you to quickly go to the port or beaches by taking the gentle route. See you soon and thank you again!

Designer & Cozy House near Beaches

This home is a gem. Located 5 min walk to the beaches of Pointe Rouge and Bain des Dames, 2 min to the boat shuttle that takes you to Les Goudes or the Old Port, all the essential shops are within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, caterer, etc.). The house is quiet, the outdoor spaces are super nice. The concierge is responsive if there are any issues. The house is well-maintained, modern, and well-equipped, you will not want for anything. Air conditioning in all rooms, essential in summer. Please note, the listing is not very clear about the room at the top of the stairs, which you have to go through to access the other rooms (unless you go through the separate outdoor entrance). Otherwise, only 1 set of keys for 5 people, it's not very convenient when some guests want to come home late. And I recommend changing the mattress of the crib, which is extremely thin and not very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, we will be back

Martine's house is ideal for a stay combining hiking and relaxation on the beach. Perfectly located between creeks and small beaches, while offering many opportunities for shopping. The house was clean and Martine was very responsive. We would love to come back!
