A small but special little place tucked neatly between rolling hills. Kawakawa Hut provides a simple but comfy getaway for two in a beautiful countryside. Close by lies the vegetable garden, and friendly cows graze just over the fence. Further out over surrounding farmland you can see Tongariros snow capped mountains in the distance, so sit back and enjoy. Our modern home is 15 minutes drive from Taupo but still feels like a secret hideaway. It is quiet and private with majestic views of Lake Taupo and Mount Ruapehu - the sunsets are stunning. Perfect for a getaway all year round with outdoor areas and BBQ, large windows and an indoor, double-sided fireplace. From the deck area/French doors all you will see is farmland! We are directly off SH1, down a long drive way, making this a great location for those wanting a place to stay during a road trip, but also quiet and peaceful if you want a few days away!

This place is great to stay in Rotorua, the location is right in the middle of everything without being to busy. The views of the lake are absolutely astounding from inside! Very little/no Sulphur smell inside! All of the amenities were very useful during our stay and would 100% stay again the next time I am here!

A beautiful warm home in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town and lake. Had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home for my family including my toddler. The Your Space team were very helpful when things popped up during our stay.

We loved this place. Great living area for socialising, well equipped kitchen, showers had awesome water pressure, several lovely areas to sit outdoors. Perfect for our family get together with some of us staying onsite and others in the town centre. And later some items we'd left behind were returned to us which we were grateful for.

Our stay at Yulians AIRBNB was great. Firstly they communicated promptly and were very friendly. My friends and I travelled down for the Rotorua Marathon and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, well furnished with a great kitchen. Plus the sunrise views were on point. Highly recommend if you are a group of people wanting to explore Rotorua this AirBNB is hard to beat.
