Good place, quiet area, clean.

Thank you for having our group stay, the house is the perfect size and feels like a home away from home, with its location being right in the middle of everything.

This property is situated in an amazing spot close to shopping districts, such as Eastland, facilities including Aquanation and quick access to the city via Eastlink or public transport. The hosts were easily contactable and provided support when needed.

Betty was a very responsive host with very quick replies, which gave a peace of mind when I have questions and need fast answers. The location was great and peaceful, even though there was a train track with regular trains passing through. The house was spacious and the third room was separated in another small guesthouse. As we were there in early winter, the toilets were very cold with no heating in the floor and wind entered through the windows. Would suggest improving the toilet in the main house, as there were 2 water taps with hot and cold water separated, hence it was difficult to wash hands with the right temperature. Also, really love the private carport to park our car safely near the house instead of street parking. There was also a Woolworths within 10 mins' walk. No bottled water was provided so best to get your own!

Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful, well kept and exactly as described. Felt like home walking in. Donna was proactive and helpful with her instructions. Would definitely recommend staying there and happily stay there again.

Staying at Stuart's place was a great experience from start to finish. Stuart checked in with us before we arrived to ensure our check-in was a smooth process and contacted us again after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was in a great location with a short walk to the supermarket and a range of other shops at the end of the street. The area was pretty peaceful most of the time, making it a great place for a quiet getaway, although the street and surrounding area does get very busy in the afternoon with a school close by. Plenty of off-street parking was available across the road, which was very handy to accomodate our large rental car. Access to the home was a breeze, with no need to worry about keys or lockboxes etc. Once inside, the house was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The multiple air-conditioning units were definitely a very welcome addition for a very hot few days.

I was passing through on my bike tour. Very convenient to bike paths.

Cindy and Ian are wonderful hosts, very responsive and welcoming. They touched base to see if everything was okay upon check-in and were available for any questions or concerns throughout my stay and if I needed anything attended to. The property is exactly as described, is quiet and private and in close proximity to natural reserves home to a number of native birds. It feels very secure and peaceful. The house is very thoughtfully put together — Cindy seems to have anticipated everything and it is there for you. There are lovely recurring splashes of colour throughout the house in items or artwork — warm and bright yellows, reds or orange which tie everything together as a whole creating a warm, welcome and friendly space. It is very clean and has recently been renovated — I will most definitely miss the luxurious ensuite shower! Nothing at all seemed any trouble for Cindy and Ian and I felt comfortable reaching out to them if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This home is very clean and very new, the balcony is spacious, the house owner is very friendly, the surrounding facilities are full, the environment is beautiful, there are big parks, close to shopping malls, food shopping, cinema.Highly recommended.

It was perfect stay for our trip to Melbourne.

A lovely place to stay. Only issue was no reception on arrival if you don't have Telstra so I couldnt get into the AirBNB app to get the instructions. So make sure you have all the arrival details handy before you get there. But we just popped into the cafe and found Gillian and she told us all we needed to do! Great advice of where to eat and visit in the local area. We had a lovely time, wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was spot-on. Check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. It was very clean, and as described. It has 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The place itself is lovely, and having laundry facilities in the apartment is priceless. It is in such a fantastic location! It's walking distance to everything, including the train station. Richard and Renata were communicative, responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you for a delightful stay!

My kids love the place and great locations with convenient supermarkets. The host Jing Jing is very nice and replied in time.

Beautiful home only a short walk to the shops. In a very quiet area. The hosts were lovely and always available for any troubles. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

The place was in a perfect spot for walking to Melbourne Central for shopping, and walking distance was perfect for any sports events or concerts at the Stadium or Arenas. The apartment is perfect for families, as there was a high chair and children’s toys available. But it is also a great size for a trip with friends. The apartment was very clean and welcoming along arrival, and the owners were very friendly and accommodating.

One of the best, most well organised airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I was immediately right at home. Port Melbourne itself was abit boring but it was perfect for what I needed.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, thoughtful gifts, like wine and a litre of milk, chocolate biscuits! The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the balcony seats. Claire responds promptly and is extremely helpful in every way. We had an incredibly comfortable relaxing stay close to everything we could ever need!

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts.
