House vacation rentals in Maroondah City

Thank you for having our group stay, the house is the perfect size and feels like a home away from home, with its location being right in the middle of everything.

Jason's place was spacious with lots of good amenites, such as an under cover pool, large BBQ area and a living room with a bar. Great for gatherings of up to 10 people. It is well located on a large block and trees around the area. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms made it good for our family stay with 9 people. Jason's communication was great - both before and during our stay. He responded to our questions in a short time. When we had a minor bathroom issue, Jason came to fix the problem withing about 30 minutes - great response.

This is our third stay. We just keep coming back. It has become one of our favourites. Highly recommended.

We booked here as a last minute decision to go away for the night and I am so glad we did. The most beautiful home and most refreshing pool with this heat. Anthony and Anjil are such terrific hosts and I couldn’t recommend their home more!

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Photo do not so it justice, this air bnb is roomy and cosy beautiful balcony with the occasional possems at night. If you want a nice place to stay and feel like your away from the chaos, this is the place 👌

Jennifer’s place was lovely to stay in! If you are getting back after 7pm the gates are locked, but she was very responsive to messages and would get us straight in! We loved the foosball table and mini golf mat in the house! Would recommend this place!

Frank was an amazing host and his place was absolutely gorgeous. The view was to die for. My wife used the house for herself and her bridal party to get ready before the wedding and they loved it. Couldn’t have worked out any better. I would definitely recommend this property for a wedding or for a peaceful stay away from the city

We had a great time with great host and great place for large number of people

Comfortable place that suited our needs for a short stay. The place consists of a main house with two bedrooms and a studio as an annex. We appreciated the leafy surrounds, which together with the spacious interior gave the place a relaxing feel. Majid is a very attentive host who checked in on us and responded to questions rapidly.

Stayed here for work and it was exactly what we needed - close to amenities, clean, safe. thanks for having us!

This property is situated in an amazing spot close to shopping districts, such as Eastland, facilities including Aquanation and quick access to the city via Eastlink or public transport. The hosts were easily contactable and provided support when needed.

Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful, well kept and exactly as described. Felt like home walking in. Donna was proactive and helpful with her instructions. Would definitely recommend staying there and happily stay there again.

We stayed here for one night after a friend’s wedding. It was close to the venue and very quiet at night. Check-in was easy.

Would give six stars if I could. The accomodation was exactly as photos showed. Clean and all amenities worked well. The host is a great communicator and there was no question I couldn’t get help with. Will stay again and can’t recommend high enough! Perfection.

This is a really lovely little place to stay, feels close to new, everything is very nicely done.

Betty was a very responsive host with very quick replies, which gave a peace of mind when I have questions and need fast answers. The location was great and peaceful, even though there was a train track with regular trains passing through. The house was spacious and the third room was separated in another small guesthouse. As we were there in early winter, the toilets were very cold with no heating in the floor and wind entered through the windows. Would suggest improving the toilet in the main house, as there were 2 water taps with hot and cold water separated, hence it was difficult to wash hands with the right temperature. Also, really love the private carport to park our car safely near the house instead of street parking. There was also a Woolworths within 10 mins' walk. No bottled water was provided so best to get your own!

We stay for the kids sporting event . We enjoyed the pool most favourite thing to do . Spacious house and clean . Diffntly come back next south east tournament. Worth the price .

Staying at Stuart's place was a great experience from start to finish. Stuart checked in with us before we arrived to ensure our check-in was a smooth process and contacted us again after we arrived to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was in a great location with a short walk to the supermarket and a range of other shops at the end of the street. The area was pretty peaceful most of the time, making it a great place for a quiet getaway, although the street and surrounding area does get very busy in the afternoon with a school close by. Plenty of off-street parking was available across the road, which was very handy to accomodate our large rental car. Access to the home was a breeze, with no need to worry about keys or lockboxes etc. Once inside, the house was clean, tidy, spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The multiple air-conditioning units were definitely a very welcome addition for a very hot few days.

Comfy bed and convenient location with shopping centre a walk away. Responsive host with clear instructions.
