My partner and I had a great stay by the water. The place was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it the perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

We adored our stay here, very comfortable and great for families. We loved the fire pit and great gas kitchen to cook in with all the amenities you would need. 5 mins drive to cafe and restaurants and walking distance to the lake. Rebecca was a great host, very considerate and responsive. The kids loved the games and toys. This home is truly a home from home and we need lacked for nothing. You can totally tell this was a well cared for and loved family home. We were very appreciate of the early check in and late check out, which help extend our little staycation. I would completely recommend this place.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever been to! Old school hospitality — a lovely welcome pack, really responsive to give advice and recommendations The finishing of the house is top quality. Terrific home cinema and sound system. Great quality cookware and kitchen island. Amazing location — wonderful view of Lake Macquarie from balcony, dining room and bedroom. Perfect for our family of four. House is really well set up with board games, bunk beds, kayaks, and fishing gear. We’ll be back : )

I spent a wonderful time while staying in Velentine Airbnb owned by Matt and Mel. The location was so prime, we can get to the great lake, nesr by beaches, local shops , hospitals everything. The lake was walkeable diatance. The house was as per described. Matt and Mel communicated so well. they are so friendly. They showed us a great hospitality. The view from the balcony stills make me feel so happy. it was wow. Thank you !! I recommend this place to everyone.
