as stated in the advertisement, it is a beautifully furnished house with 6 rooms, a hot pool and a sauna. Although not in each room, 7 toilets are quite sufficient. Since there is no shower cabin in the bathroom in the room, it was not preferred to take a bath in the toilets in the room. The hot pool was warm from the moment we arrived, it was very pleasant to enter the pool in the cold. It was very successful. It was pleasant to have a view of the kitchen. The kitchen items were comfortable enough for us to stay for 10 people. Since it is centrally located, the alternative to meet your needs is plenty.

It was simply a great experience. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Istiklal Street. The house is surrounded with shops, convenience stores and restaurants. There’s also a hospital right across the street with responsible ER that we unfortunately used a couple of times.

If you are looking for a refuge that offers peace, inspiration, comfort, and access to the city--this is the place. Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 children, and a baby) had no idea what a gem we had found until we walked into this space. The space is divided into three floors, which provides a great amount of division for a larger family like ours. The bottom space with kitchen, dining room, and a beautiful (let me say it again), beautiful sun room and garden served as community space that is unmatched in tranquility and options. Tao and his team were expertly organized (communicating every detail of check-in beforehand, arranging for baby bed and high chair, answering all questions that we had, and even providing a great map of surrounding restaurants, cafés, groceries, and shops). On the day of checkout, the Tao worked with our family to make sure that we were able to enjoy our final hours in the city without concern for luggage or being without a hub for the day.

It was one of the best homes I stayed at. It was a peaceful, quiet, calm and safe place. The amenities in the house were more than enough. There was only a problem with the lock on the bathroom door, but that was nothing to miss. The decor and patio of the house were as I would if the house was mine. Loved it. The box games and books were very well thought out. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient. This has been our next favorite place for us to meet the friends we make every year. This apartment is a treasure that Gokce y Derya have furnished and accessorized with elegant simplicity and keen attention to the comfort and care of their guests. The bed is comfortable, the linens and towels are of excellent quality, the kitchen has an abundant array of dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the bathroom has fine hand soap and shower gels. There is even filtered water for drinking and cooking and a cut glass carafe of water by the bed. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood above the town. It is an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the bus station which is the hub for public transport. Gokce y Derya are responsive, but non-intrusive, hosts who care about the comfort and care of their guests. I was encouraged to relax and feel at home during my stay. I had a lovely time in their home.

Brother Ensar is a really great host! This is the first time I received such a friendly and heartfelt welcome. Although it was very cold, there was underfloor heating in the house and Ensar Abi provided us with all kinds of comfort by saying, “If you get cold, you can turn on the air conditioning.” Although the check-in time was 2pm, she indicated that it was okay for us to check in early in the morning and they helped out the same way. The pool was perfect, with the best heating in the area. Also, he brought wood to light the fireplace and burned it with his own hands. we had a very nice holiday as in our own summer house, quiet, calm, peaceful, with birds chirping with the sounds of the waves and the sea view.
