Vacation rentals with a pool in Markovići

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

we had amazing stay at Slavko's house. very comfortable, with amazing view, nice weber grill, clean pool. Vesna was super-friendly as a co-host. she met us as her own family members. overall 10/10 for a big company. highly recommend. again, thanks a lot for a great stay❤️

We arrived as a family with 4 children. We had a great time. The children ran between the pool, the billiards and the mini golf. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Splendour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Andrij welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is beautiful—well-kept, charming, and full of character. But what truly takes your breath away is the unbelievable view. Photos simply don’t do it justice; it’s something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate. With the Bay of Kotor stretching out before us. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of magical. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Andrij and Alexandra, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us—we’ll never forget it!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

Great location and a great place to stay.

Irena's apartment is ideally located in Dobrota, just a ten minute drive to Kotor Old Town, with its historic buildings, shops, bars and restaurants. Dobrota itself is a quiet suburb with a supermarket and several seafront restaurants, all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is light, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, with elegant but comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen which allows self-catering. The highlight is a large outside terrace with spectacular views over Boka Bay towards Perast. This terrace is ideal for alfresco dining or just sitting with a glass of wine watching the water taxis buzzing around the bay. We never tired of this spectacle and spent most of our evenings on the terrace. There is also a shared swimming pool which is sheltered, sunny and fringed with sunbeds and umbrellas. It was never crowded while we were there. Finally, Irena, our host, was superb - kind, thoughtful, informative, attentive but never intrusive.

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. Assisted very well and quickly about individual tourist registration. This was top expierence. Only the best recommendations from us! Thank you Dijana and Mladen, keep doing like this! 🫶
