Nur eine Gehminute vom Phönixsee entfernt in einem 100 Jahre alten Haus in einem traditionsreichen Arbeiterviertel befindet sich unser Appartement "Bergmann". Es wurde vor Kurzem frisch saniert und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Appartement bietet zudem einen kleinen Innenhof, der nur von dir genutzt wird. So kannst du dich nach einem langen Tag voller Entdeckungen ausruhen und im Hof sitzen. Wenn du abends etwas unternehmen willst, bietet der nahe gelegene Phönixsee viele Restaurants und Bars.

Zahlreiche Gastronomie entlang am See. - Mindestbelegung 3 Nächte. - Leider gibt es keinen Abstellraum für Fahrräder, diese müssen am oder im Auto bleiben.

Grillstelle.Sanitäre Anlagen müssen ggf. mit Planwagengästen geteilt werden. Decken und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Der Badesee lädt zum schwimmen, Boot fahren oder zum StandUp Paddeling ein. Das Bergische Land lädt auch zum Wandern ein. Du kannst auch den ganzen Tag auf der Wiese chillen beim Grillen ;-)

Größe ca. 50 m2. Zimmer: Wohnzimmer und offene Küche, Schlafcouch, Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, Fernseher. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ( 160 x 200 cm) Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche Balkon: Mit Tisch, 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegen. Von außen nicht einsehbar.
