Vacation rentals in Marion County

Absolutely wonderful! We had a great stay. Only downfall is we stayed one night, next time we will definitely make it a point to stay longer. It was clean and cozy. Waking up to the soft crow of the rooster was so peaceful and a great way to start the morning. Followed by a wonderful homemade breakfast that was provided. Sourdough and jam were great as well. We walked the property a bit and just had a feeling of peace that was much needed. Definitely the place to unwind. She was very responsive, polite and flexible. We were unsure as to when we would get there exactly because we like to stop and adventure in the way, so she made sure to light the house so it was a smooth welcoming. It is close to their main house but it felt as private as we needed it to be. I’m a warm sleeper and there was no fan or air rotation (in winter so understandable) so I would maybe take something if you are uncomfortable being slightly warm. Nonetheless, enjoyable stay.

Spacious home, with lots of areas for different activities. Some folks can be watching a movie in one room, while others are conversing in another. The back porch is very nice.

This home is lovely. New appliances very clean. Perfect location for the area. The home actually is better in person than the photos give it credit for. I will for sure be staying here again if my dates I need are available.

So close to town but still seems remote. Surrounded by gorgeous century farms and large oak trees. The goats were adorable and curious. The beds were SO COMFY. We got lots of rest here which is exactly what we needed. We will be back when it’s not so cold!!!

The Adams Street Retreat is a cute and comfy place to stay. I loved the decor, the cozy living room furniture, and all the natural light streaming in during the day. I enjoyed working at the pretty dining room table. The neighborhood was peaceful. I’d live to stay at this sweet home again in the future!

Such a cute place! The street is full of wonderful architecture, and the apartment is just perfect. Wonderful kitchen, very well stocked! Lots of extras if you're a foodie like me you will want to stay here! Cozy living room with a fireplace was amazing too. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hannibal!

What a great place for our annual Brother/Sister/Spouse trip! It was like stepping into “yesteryear” charm with all of today’s modern conveniences. Very comfortable beds - great kitchen for preparing meals, beautiful dining room. Lots of places for solitude when needed and large comfortable gathering places too. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Our stay was great! We needed a spot to have Christmas with our family and it was perfect. The house was clean and spacious and we felt right at home. We did lots of stuff around Hannibal and it was a super easy drive. Thank you for having us!
