All I can say is WOW. The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It really was a work of art. Federico was so kind and accommodating to checking in and checking out, as well as offering things to do in the area as well. The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance. Just perfect. Will be coming back for sure.

Miriam war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Infos für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles war super sauber. Es gab viele Aufmerksamkeiten (Wasser, Kaffee, Frühstück, genügend Handtücher etc. ) es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles. 😃

I visited Francesco’s apartment with my partner and had a lovely time, the affreschi on the ceiling are stunning! The location is perfectly central and allows for easy access to many sites, as well as the train station for easy access. Francesco was also kind enough to let us keep suitcases inside the day of our departure to more freely see the city. We would love to return!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs to date! A luxury, two level apartment, with a terrace view that has no rival! It has all the amenities that I look for…elevator, hot shower, functioning air conditioners, top floor with view, clean, quiet, a great interior design. Located in a great neighborhood near wonderful restaurants and walkable to attractions. Good communication with host and associates. I would definitely recommend this rental, and would stay here again!

Excelente experiencia nos sentimos como en casa! El departamento una belleza e impecable! Situado de manera espectacular… a 10 min a pie del duomo, y a 5 minutos a pie de la estación principal de tren y de piazale montelungo donde salen todas las excursiones. Zona tranquila y llena de restaurantes ricos. La señora Rosella nos hizo sentir como en casa, nos esperó con agua, galletitas y tortitas y un vino! Luciano súper amable y nos dio un montón de tips. Desde ya una estupenda experiencia!

We had a great stay at Dan’s place, he was extremely helpful with recommendations and anything we needed while we were staying in Florence. The place was private and had everything you could need, and was walkable to everything. 10/10 would recommend staying at Dan’s place!

Nicolletta’s apartment was absolutely stunning and spectacular in every way. Beautiful decor with every amenity you could ever want or need. Everything was spotless, beautiful ambience in every room with a balcony that opens where you can sit at a table and look out on beautiful Florence while drinking wine or coffee. This is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at, and Nicoletta and Costanza went above and beyond and gave us great recommendations for things to do and amazing restaurants. They even called us a taxi when we couldn’t figure out how to do it, they are exceptional hosts and we highly recommend this beautiful property. We would give it a 10 star rating if there were 10 stars. this apartment is absolutely stunning ! We will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Italy.

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great host and beautiful apartment steps away from the Duomo. Very spacious and nice extras. Would highly recommend staying at Carlotta’s penthouse in Florence. I really do not think there is a better place to stay.

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

Giampaolo greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. Since we arrived earlier than our check-in time, Giampaolo allowed us to store our luggage. He provided recommendations of the surrounding area. Great location, able to see the main square with great view and very spacious layout. My daughter enjoyed her loft area with her own bathroom. Giampaolo also recommended a walk up to the Plazael Michaelago for the best view of Florence. WOW! Of all of our stays Giampaolo’s welcome with all the goodies made our stay very special. Thank you Giampaolo!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful suite in Florence! The building is full of character, with gorgeous painted frescoes on the ceilings that made it feel really special. The space itself was huge for just the two of us -- plenty of room to relax, plus two bathrooms, which was a nice bonus. We loved having a Miele washer and dryer, and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The suite was a good spot to get some work done on a laptop, with fast internet. It also felt very private and safe, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect -- just a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and tons of great restaurants and cafes. The host was super responsive and gave us clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Florence!

we were met at the airbnb. wow. what a lovely the place. Chiaras place was beautiful. great location with great restaurants and patisserie. chiara was very helpful booking taxis for us. there were nice personal touches inside the accommodation. would highly recommend staying here

I will cone back again as soon as possible!! Tatiana was fantastic, allowed us to check in early, and check out a little late. Her place was spotless and she thought of everything to make it comfortable, from extra blankets, tea and water, cushions for the terrace chairs. We had picnic lunches up there, easy to prep in her very well- stocked kitchen. Convenient to walk everywhere we wanted to go. She made excellent suggestions when I had specific shopping goals. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Pictures don’t do justice. Best B&B in Florence by far. Costanza the host was very nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect, will stay here in the future.

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient.
