Miriam was an amazing host. She was always available and we got a lot of helpful information for the area. The apartment is very nice, very tastefully decorated and everything was super clean. There were many attentions (water, coffee, breakfast, enough towels, etc.) we didn't miss anything. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything. 😃

I visited Francesco’s apartment with my partner and had a lovely time, the affreschi on the ceiling are stunning! The location is perfectly central and allows for easy access to many sites, as well as the train station for easy access. Francesco was also kind enough to let us keep suitcases inside the day of our departure to more freely see the city. We would love to return!

Aris' place is located in a quiet part of Florence, which is great but you'll need to take that into consideration as you'll have to account for time to get into and back from the city centre. The place was advertised, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. His local recommendations were great so do give him some time to walk you through them.

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs to date! A luxury, two level apartment, with a terrace view that has no rival! It has all the amenities that I look for…elevator, hot shower, functioning air conditioners, top floor with view, clean, quiet, a great interior design. Located in a great neighborhood near wonderful restaurants and walkable to attractions. Good communication with host and associates. I would definitely recommend this rental, and would stay here again!

Nicolletta’s apartment was absolutely stunning and spectacular in every way. Beautiful decor with every amenity you could ever want or need. Everything was spotless, beautiful ambience in every room with a balcony that opens where you can sit at a table and look out on beautiful Florence while drinking wine or coffee. This is one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed at, and Nicoletta and Costanza went above and beyond and gave us great recommendations for things to do and amazing restaurants. They even called us a taxi when we couldn’t figure out how to do it, they are exceptional hosts and we highly recommend this beautiful property. We would give it a 10 star rating if there were 10 stars. this apartment is absolutely stunning ! We will definitely be back to stay here on our next trip to Italy.

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city. A grocery is only a few doors away and it is a quick walk to many nice restaurants and shops. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfast and aperitivo. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. The house is a real oasis of well-being, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, which provides a relaxed atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the great path that leads directly to the beach – perfect for walks and enjoying nature. The large kitchen offers everything you need to cook for the whole group. Particularly attentive was that the hostess brought us a few toys for our friends' child – which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back!

Great host and beautiful apartment steps away from the Duomo. Very spacious and nice extras. Would highly recommend staying at Carlotta’s penthouse in Florence. I really do not think there is a better place to stay.

We found the house amazing. In the village there is a bar with terrace and a shop that opens a few hours a day. The people were really very friendly after introducing ourselves. The wifi in the house is limited, as mentioned in the description. We used a hotspot from our phone data to attend meetings.

The views are exquisite and play in interaction with the amazing hosts who were very welcoming and service-oriented to the last detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Giampaolo greeted us and gave us a tour of the place. Since we arrived earlier than our check-in time, Giampaolo allowed us to store our luggage. He provided recommendations of the surrounding area. Great location, able to see the main square with great view and very spacious layout. My daughter enjoyed her loft area with her own bathroom. Giampaolo also recommended a walk up to the Plazael Michaelago for the best view of Florence. WOW! Of all of our stays Giampaolo’s welcome with all the goodies made our stay very special. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful suite in Florence! The building is full of character, with gorgeous painted frescoes on the ceilings that made it feel really special. The space itself was huge for just the two of us -- plenty of room to relax, plus two bathrooms, which was a nice bonus. We loved having a Miele washer and dryer, and a Nespresso machine for morning coffee. The suite was a good spot to get some work done on a laptop, with fast internet. It also felt very private and safe, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect -- just a short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and tons of great restaurants and cafes. The host was super responsive and gave us clear, helpful instructions. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Florence!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Great central location, a few minutes walk from the central station and attractions. At the same time very quiet and private. Nearby is a small supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and larger than it looks in the photo. It has everything you need and even more. Decorated with taste and love. The process of check-in and check-out is very convenient. You can’t beat this location - so central in the historic city with the walls located close by to enjoy a gorgeous shaded walk. Everything is walking distance - from the free parking area nearby to the train station. Excellent shops and eating right outside the front door. Eliane and Christiano were fabulous hosts and we would love to visit again in the future.
