Beach house vacation rentals in Marina di Campo

Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

Understandable and welcome for us: the price is for the location. For us, too much luxury would put it in the shade. A few renovations, especially the furnishings of a cozy corner, where you can get together and sometimes cuddly, would still not hurt. We had a very good time either way and thoroughly enjoyed the nature encounters, the view, the starry sky, the sea and last but not least the away from crowded beaches.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house... a wonderful terrace with sea views, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches... in the kitchen everything was available... a very quiet place, which we greatly appreciated.

Thanks Federico. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful stay. The location is ingenious, with its own stairs directly to the beach. The house is well equipped. There is no air conditioning, but in the evening you can ventilate well and it is ok for sleeping. Left and right are campsites, which is why it is never quite quiet until midnight in season. There is also something going on on the beach until night. For this you have everything you need next door. At the beach there are also sup and canoe rentals and loungers. Capoliveri is 10 minutes away, so is Porto Azzuro and Portoferraio. Only finding the house was not so easy the first time, as the address provided leads to a cul-de-sac on the beach. But once you find it, it's clear. The house was beautiful, with large terrace and hammock. There was no cleaning needed in the end. Communication with Federico was quick and easy. Thank you for everything!

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

In reality, Marko's house is even nicer than the pictures can show! It is very tastefully decorated, everything looks light and fresh and you immediately feel at home! The large balcony offers an incredibly beautiful view of the azure sea, which delighted us again every morning. The very well-kept pool is a pleasant size (about 16x8 m, to 2.5 m deep on one side) and we used it daily. Comfortable loungers with a small sunshield are available in sufficient numbers. We loved the covered patio for meals. The kitchen is extraordinarily well equipped, as is the whole house!! Coming from Capoliveri, the house is located in a left turn on the top right of the mountain. (Note the number 6 sign!) All in all a wonderful place to spend your holiday. A car is helpful to visit the many beautiful beaches and explore the island. Marko is a superb host! Clear recommendation!!

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

Great location and outdoor space! We especially liked the pool, the view, that there were several seating groups and the proximity to the city center. 10/10 Indoors it was ok, so for us it was the outdoor area that made the holiday brilliant! We would gladly came back.

Beautiful bungalow with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and private veranda. Great communal pool and well-kept garden with deck chairs. From the house, everything can be reached in a few minutes by car! Good internet, wifi and mobile network theoretically allow work from anywhere. Easy check-in and out.

There were two of us staying for 10 days. The place was very clean and cozy. It is located in the countryside in a small private settlement and it is quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is an induction stove but no oven. From the balcony you have a very nice view of the sea. Since the place is a bit remote, a car is highly recommended to get to the next place, for example, shopping. Also the pools by the sea were still open in September. The small bay is great for swimming and snorkeling and is within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a free parking spot in front of the house, but you have to walk about 30 stairs. Elisabetta was always very nice and helpful. She had tips and recommendations and was quick to reach. Tip: always close all food well and leave no crumbs on the floor, otherwise ants will come quickly. But it wasn't a problem for us. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

We felt extremely comfortable with Italo and Simona. We were welcomed by Italo on the first day with homemade pizza, which we greatly appreciated - especially after the long trip with child this was very pleasant. He also had already provided us with his own olive oil and wine from the winery. In addition, he and Simona kept bringing eggs during the whole stay and there were even gifts for our 3-year-old daughter at Easter. The two are really very accommodating, nice and very lovely - we enjoyed the time with them incredibly. They were also always available if we had any questions or anything else. Our daughter was still allowed to borrow some stuffed animals and she had a huge joy in the cats and horses who lived in the vineyards and roamed the garden from time to time. The house was very nice, super clean and very well maintained. The kitchen had a huge stove and was very well equipped. Glad to come back!

Very caring and loving on-site support from Lucia, who takes care of the well-being of her guests. Communication with Paola had an extremely short response time, was very pleasant, always sympathetic, supportive and appreciative. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect stay at Annet's. Close to beautiful Fetovaia beach. It was perfect for our stay with our 2 children.

Absolutely perfect vacation with my family (me, my wife and two girls) in Punta Ala. The house offered by Valfredo is magnificent. Very close to the beach (both free and equipped) and a fairytale sea. Special mention for the large outdoor space, equipped to dine in peace and to relax. Suitable if you're a couple and also with children. The apartment also has an outdoor shower, very comfortable (we have practically always used that one), washing machine and laundry corner. I'm sure I forget something, but don't thank Valfredo, a really exceptional host, who made you feel wonderful. On the first day, he also guided us in the country to show us where the various services were located (market, gastronomy, tennis, mini golf, etc.). I mean, we couldn't ask for more. Definitely go back!

Punta Ala is a perfect place for a vacation. There are lots of coniferous trees, which provide a really nice temperature. There are plenty of beach clubs to choose from and some tennis courts. The streets are really clean. The supermarket, pharmacy, clothing store and restaurants are a few minutes drive from the house. The villa is quite big, all cutlery and dishes are available. The dishwasher and washing machine are both working well. The internet has really high quality. Frontyard is a really nice place for eating and there was also plenty of food. Generally, our stay was very pleasant.

Great house equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is very well appointed. A large garden where the kids can play, plenty of play and beach stuff and the proximity to the sea, a very quiet stretch of beach, are absolute plus points! Also smooth communication. Absolutely recommended and we will be happy to come back!

Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. Mr. Carlo is a very hospitable, kind and helpful host. Unfortunately, we had a mishap when we arrived and he was really very attentive to us. The house is furnished with simplicity, but functional and equipped with everything you need; the location is optimal, strategic to reach every part of the island; really a plus is the outdoor space and the large and comfortable private parking. Thank you for a great stay!
