Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Marco de Canaveses

Antonio was extremely responsive and generous with his time- picking me up at the station and dropping me off, and giving me a lift to the supermarket and to the river beach as I do not have a car and have reduced mobility. For others with mobility issues, I would say that it is quite steep there (which they warned me about) however I did find a couple of nice walks that were doable for me. The nature is exceptionally beautiful: mists rolling over the river, birds of prey gliding overhead, birdsong, the scent of orange blossom… I also enjoyed making a fire in the wood burner in the evening. This is a convenient place to come from Porto as it is just a few minutes’ drive from the train station which is on a scenic route 1.5 hours from the city. Thanks so much for having me!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at this cozy and charming home! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Marisa was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect – peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions and nature spots. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back again!

Very cozy house, the interior super cozy and comfortable, with everything a house needs and very clean. The exterior has a very large area, a good view, and parking inside the property. There is also a jacuzzi in a reserved area. I want to leave a special highlight to hosts who have always been very friendly and helpful.

The house is exactly what we needed. We were 2 families with children and we were very comfortable. The house is very new and has all the amenities you may need. The fireplace gives it a very cozy touch, and although we don't use it, the sauna and pool area for summer looks like a real wonder. We had a little problem with the heater and the owners immediately came and fixed it. If we return to the area again, we will definitely repeat.

Great place to stay for groups, especially in the summer? Great area, however I would recommend buying groceries before getting there as the next store is quite far. Overall I can definitely recommend, especially for the price!!

A spectacular AirBnB house. Everything inside and out was cleaner than clean! The view is gorgeous. The pool is not heated but was a refreshing 19 degrees and the hot tub was hot, clean and ready for us with a new gazebo over it for total privacy. There are orange trees in the garden that you can pick and eat. The outside area is very private even though there are many houses around - you are only aware of them from the sound of dogs... which I should point out are everywhere! I don't know if it's Portuguese culture but most houses have dogs that live outside and you will hear them across the valley. We did get used to it. The people are so friendly. Nuno was a delight to meet (he is fluent in English which helped us a lot!) when he came to service and clean the pool and hot tub (pre arranged) He is so passionate about the house and very keen to make it the best AirBnB he can. The design and layout out of the house is all done to maximise the view and surroundings.
