The apartment is exactly as described, spacious and bright, really equipped with everything. The location is exceptional: from the window door you can see the sea and you can easily access the promenade with many restaurants and clubs. The only downside is that Mr. Claudenzio specifies in the description, trains pass nearby and if you have a light sleep, it can sometimes be annoying. Once the windows are closed, the noise is non-existent as the windows are brand new. Claudenzio and his wife are friendly, very helpful and kind. It is very much felt that that house was loved and lived, it reminds me of my childhood vacation home on the lake and we really felt very comfortable. I really hope to come back because we discovered beautiful places without too many people and confusion. We will bring the memory of this forever vacation with us 💖

It was great! The location super - 1 min from the beach - right outside the front door! Very pleasant location and many delicious restaurants. To recommend: Restaurant Boy & le many if you don't like to be fish:) the hosts very sweet and only recommended. Will definitely be back again!

Staying in this place was like feeling at home. We found perfect hosts, always available and very welcoming. Upon our arrival in the kitchen there was everything you need to have breakfast for 10 consecutive days, a really beautiful treatment. We were in the company of our kitten who loved going for the tours of the surrounding countryside. All surrounded by a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon. Another quality, the farm is located in a strategic position to visit other wonderful neighboring villages. It's a shame to leave.

This place is so beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The pool area with its views over the vineyards is amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts Elisa and Andrea are doing everything to make sure the guests are feeling welcome. They gave us plenty of recommendations, regularly checked in with us and were very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back!

Podere Coldifico is an oasis of peace. Although for a short 3-night stay, my family and I found everything we needed. The accommodation is basic, but complete with all comforts. Stefano, for the little we consulted him (we took advantage of the few days to the fullest by going around as much as possible, with the good peace of our children who instead aimed for at least a dip in the pool...) was always ready and available. If we get the chance, we'd certainly like to come back and stay a few more days! I certainly recommend it!

Amazing view with great host! We arrived very late due to traffic but Mario was still waiting for us to guide the way and let us inside. After a night we realised the AC wasn't working and Mario came immediately to our help. He gave us the twin housing right next to it and we just quickly moved there. In the house Mario prepared a lot of local recommendations which are very helpful dur to the rural nature of the place. The view and the pool are definitely the highlights of the stay, just pure tranquility.

The stay was perfect. The apartment and the entire complex are very stylishly designed and well equipped and very spacious. We really enjoyed starting the day by the beautiful pool and ending in a picturesque setting in the evening. The region is magnificent and offers many possibilities. The team is super nice and accommodating. Thank you for the great time, we will be happy to come back!
