Deluxe Beachfront Apartment at the Marina

SherreeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you want to be close to everything this is the spot for you! We stayed 1 month* and prefer to walk so we didn’t rent a car. This is directly next to the beach and only 10 minutes to old town. The Golden Mile begins about 1/2 mile to the east and you can walk for several kilometers in both directions along the promenade, which is lined with beach clubs, gelato shops, cafes, etc. When we did want to explore farther it was easy to catch a Bolt ride for very little $. Mercedes + her partner are such kind + responsive hosts! They were so sweet to provide snacks knowing we were arriving very late and may be hungry. 🙏🏽 The apartment is clean and uncluttered and the terrace is a lovely place to sit and chat! We had a wonderful time. *For long stays note that there is no oven (stove top + microwave only) and no smart TV. We were able to stream via laptops but a larger screen would have been nice occasionally. Thanks again for sharing your lovely home, Mercedes! Highly recommend!

Studio Palm Beach

JanetRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Angela’s condo was perfect for us! Location was spectacular, waking up every morning hearing & seeing the Mediterranean was so relaxing. It is also about a 10-15 min walk to old town and the boardwalk is right outside your door. Having parking is also a big plus even in spring. Angela is great and prompt in her communications which we really appreciated. Her place is just as pictured. It is perfect for two people and has all the amenities you need. I would not hesitate to book w/her again! Thank you again, Angela! Janet & Tom

We loved Ana Maria’s apartment! Perfect location and a beautiful view. It was spotless and cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while in Costa del Sol. Quiet and safe with lots to do. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Ana was such a pleasure to work with and we always got quick replies to any questions we had. Thank you, Ana!

Enjoy the best view in Marbella!

GesineRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The apartment is in an older, large apartment building right on the beach. It is renovated and beautifully furnished, just like in the photos and has a nice layout. The bed is totally comfortable. The views are sensational and the location anyway. You can hear the sea at night and experience great sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped and there was even a pair of binoculars. Everything was great, we can fully recommend this place. We'll definitely be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Marbella! The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of modern comforts and traditional charm. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, especially during sunset! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Marbella, and I can’t wait to return next time I'm in town!"

Casa Carla – Heated Pool & Sea Views, Cabopino

RuthRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The accommodation was beautiful. Fully described as in the description. What was very nice at the late arrival was that the fridge was already filled with some basic things such as water, milk, toppings for the day behind. This didn't have to be done at all, but was a pleasant surprise and did a lot. The check in checkout went very smoothly. The pool could be heated, which was very nice for the children during this period April. The kitchen was very pleasant to use and the view of the garden/pool was nice, so you always had connection to outside, if you were making food inside. Decision : phenomenal villa in a perfect location !

Villa Buena Vista Hills

RubyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a lovely stay at the villa. Everything was clean, the pool was wonderful and very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also thought the location was great. However, a few small comments; it concerns a villa for 6 people, then it is nice that the furniture is also like that. For example, the living room and the lounge set outside but only had room for 4 people and the available tableware in the kitchen was too little.

Alusia And Jorge were “ Fantastico” Very charming and thoughtful. Always there when we needed any assistance. The home was very cozy and full of charm. Fully equipped with all the amenities. The outdoor area was perfect for an evening barbecue. The surroundings were full of life with birds chirping. There are tiny little bird houses throughout the property. It was really amazing.. Leaving the property to get to where you need to go it is very inconvenient. Locally only a 15 minute drive to the center.. And to go pick up groceries was just down the road. Thank you so much for the wonderful trip. We fully enjoyed ourselves.

Villa Jazmines I - Puerto Banus - Up to 16 guests

Ciaran DanielRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The villa was stunning, me and my 9 friends stayed for my 30th. We opted for the warm pool and was worth it. 20 mins to Puerto Banus and 10 minutes to breathe breakfast. Kitchen amenities were class and all the bedrooms were a good size. Nacho was very responsive and answered any questions I had quick. He also accommodated our late check out which was a relief. Hairdryers and iron board was good. Bed was comfy in my opinion. Showers were always hot, I liked the long table outside for drinks. Air con was good with the remote control addition. Supermarkets were 10 minutes walk away. Some tea and coffee was provided. Room was edited based on our preferences of single or double beds. Nah I sorted out a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was cheap and classy. It’s a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Your guide to Marbella

Welcome to Marbella

Marbella embodies the essence of Spain’s renowned Costa del Sol, with 17 miles of shoreline luring sunseekers to its azure Mediterranean waters, as it boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. The sea is a way of life here, with four marinas, including the popular Puerto Banús. But there are just as many treasures on land, all doused with Andalusian flavors, represented in its whitewashed architecture and orange trees aplenty: It’s no wonder that the historic area is anchored by Plaza de Los Naranjos, or Orange Square, dating from the Renaissance era. Also within the winding streets of Old Town, which sits in the Sierra Blanca’s foothills, are preserved sections of Islamic walls and towers that formed the ninth-century Arab fortress. But above all, Marbella just has that sense of elevated living, drawing celebrities, culture seekers, and beach lovers alike.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Marbella

Of course everyone wants to be at the Spanish Mediterranean destination in the summer when the beach weather is idyllic, but that also makes May through August the busiest period, with higher prices and heavier crowds. April, September, and November may feel more manageable and the water temperatures are still suitable for a swim. The winter temperatures dip low enough that it’s simply too cold to get into the water, but the land temperatures remain moderate enough for exploration by day. The major annual festivals include the Marbella Carnival in February, Festivities of San Bernabé in June, Virgen del Carmen in July, and San Pedro Alántara Fair in October.

Top things to do in Marbella

Beaches

The famous blue waters of the Spanish Mediterranean draw visitors to the golden sands — and with two dozen beaches lined along the city’s southern coast, there’s no shortage of choices. Artola-Cabopino Beach within the Dunas de Artola nature preserve offers a relaxed landscape among the dunes, while Playa de la Bajadilla, Playa de Rio Real, and Playa de Venus are closer to the action in the city center.

Marbella Old Town

Wander the charming streets of the historic city center, where ruins of the area’s Roman, Arabic, and Christian pasts are all preserved. Highlights include the Arabic Castel’s ruins, the Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation, and Orange Square. Also make sure to wander down Avenida del Mar, which has fountains, gardens, pergolas, and 10 sculptures by Salvador Dalí along its route.

Museum of Contemporary Spanish Engraving

Housed inside the 16th-century Renaissance-style former Bazán Hospital, the museum’s collection of more than 4,000 prints includes works by all the Spanish masters.
