We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wir wurden sehr nett von Gorans Frau, Martina, begrüßt. Es gab Wein, Wasser und Eier von eigenen Hühnern. Toll. Die Ausstattung und die Lage des Hauses waren super. Ebenso der Pool. Das alles kann man genießen, wenn man den anspruchsvollen Weg mit dem Gepäck geschafft hat. absolute Empfehlung!

This is a gorgeous renovation of a pretty stone barn with lots of style - a true architect's house. We loved the big windows upstairs, because it can be difficult to find homes in Italy with large windows and lots of natural light during the day. Federica has designed low lighting for evening throughout the house. It's very quiet at night, and we slept really well. The neighbours are all polite and respectful to each other, and to us as guests. It's wonderful to experience what it might feel like to really live in this part of Italy, which is very different to other parts. Federica is very responsive and helpful, and obviously a very good architect!

Великолепный дом. Нам очень понравилось. Прекрасные виды на горы, джакузи, зона барбекю. Не дом, а сказка. Очень много учили приложено, чтобы поддерживать дом в идеальном состоянии. Валентина и ее семья огромные молодцы!

Great apartment away from the hustle and bussle of Venice. Quiet in the evenings but we were ok with that. Apartment is great and well appointed.

Paolo was very responsive and the place was great , well laid out and fully furbished with all that is needed.

Valeria was super friendly and courteous. She explained all the amenities in detail. She was also helpful with local recommendations and things to do. Overall, she was an excellent host and we felt right at home.

This is a lovely spacious appartment in a very well placed location. Directions to find the appartment were very clear, with photographs which was really helpful. Rita was very quick to respond when I couldn't get the water pressure back. The appartment was spotless and Rita was very helpful in allowing us to drop our luggage when we arrived before checking time, which we really appreciated. Thank you Rita, we will be back, Venice is wonderful and this was a lovely spot from which to enjoy it.

Wer Natur, unglaubliche Ruhe und beeindruckende Aussicht sucht und schätzt fühlt sich hier wunderbar aufgehoben-wie wir! Das Haus liegt weit oberhalb von Most na Sochi. Klare, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Empfehlung! Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay here! The interior is beautiful and is in a very central location in Venice being in walking distance of everything. The apartment comes fully stocked with anything you could want and was very clean, the hosts are very informative and helpful. Would recommend highly!

Great place to stay. It does have 3 flights up, so be aware if you are carrying heavy luggage, but we made it. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect place to stay.

Ursula was AMAZING. She was extremely responsive and the Airbnb was adorable. I would definitely rebook this Airbnb. One thing I would say is it isn’t close to the center of Venice or the San Marco area but it isn’t far. Not close enough to walk but the metro is really close. However, make sure you do your research on the train and transportation beforehand.

La casa di Eleonora è piccolina, ma gli spazi sono organizzati molto bene e ci sono due bei poggioli per fare colazione fuori e per stendere le cose dopo la spiaggia, che ampliano lo spazio a disposizione. Ma il vero pregio è quello di essere direttamente sul mare. In 2 minuti sei in spiaggia, Eleonora ci ha fornito un ombrellone e due lettini nella spiaggia adiacente, che non è poco!! Allo stesso tempo a 50 metri dal palazzo c’è la via con tutti i ristoranti e bar, e proprio vicino c’è un supermercato. Insomma l’ideale, parcheggi la macchina nel posto riservato sotto il palazzo e arrivi ovunque a piedi. Per qualche giorno di vero relax é perfetta!!

Francesca's place was exactly as described. A small, cozy unit that met all of our needs. It is perfectly situated at the end of a commercial district which made it easy to wake up, walk downstairs and get a bite to eat before exploring. The rooftop was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. I recommend this to any couple looking to explore Venice for a week. Felt like a steal at the price.

Sara et son mari nous ont très bien acceuilli, ils nous ont conseillé sur ce que nous pouvions faire a Venise. Ils nous ont même gentillement proposé de nous emmèner jusqu'au train 😊

We enjoyed Cesare’s apartment for three nights. The apartment is part of a large, older home conveniently located for a nice walk into town. Parking is inside the gated area on the property, uncovered. There are a lot of steps to access the apartment, but we liked the elevated view. It’s a beautiful view from all sides, especially towards the river. The living room is comfortable; we watched a movie on the large television. The kitchen is fairly well equipped, but only an Italian percolator for making coffee. Our bedroom was a nice space with lots of opening windows and electric roll-up exterior shades. Bathrooms were large and nice. One bathroom had a typical small Italian shower, the other a bathtub. High ceilings throughout the apartment. The whole place feels like a once glamourous Italian villa. We were delayed and Cesare met us late in the rain and helped us with our luggage up the steps. We would consider this place if visiting Treviso again.

Truly fantastic hosts and a spotless flat. We felt very comfortable and at home in this roomy flat in a quiet neighborhood. Stefano gave us detailed information on public transport and even met us at the station on arrival. The bus to Venice was a 5-min walk away, as well as a market and cafes. This was an easy base for exploring Venice and very convenient to the Mestre station. We cannot recommend our hosts enough!

This place is magical! Staying here made our trip to Venice more than wonderful. The Venetian elegance, the Murano glass, and the views out every window were magnificent. We really enjoyed our coffee on the rooftop terrace while listening to the music coming from the nearby conservatory. Stay here! You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing visit! The views from the apartment were exceptional with the 3 huge, opening, floor to ceiling door/windows, in addition to the enormous private terrace. We felt like we were true residents of Venice, totally connected to the beauty, activity, and natural elements of the Grand Canal and Carregio district. Pietro was unbelievably helpful to us, including water taxi, restaurants, tour guide and museum input.....he helped make our stay magical! Everything was all more than worth what we paid!

Markus was great, always willing to help and the place was great too. The only thing that bothered us was the mosquitoes, so just heads up about the mosquitoes to be better prepared

La casa mostra i segni del tempo, ma è dotata di tutto il necessario. Comoda e spaziosa, ideale per 6/8 persone. Parcheggio gratuito in loco, che è sempre un plus. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. In futuro valuterò volentieri l’idea di tornarci.
