This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

Simply put, just like in the description, very close to the center and the train station. Quiet, privacy, exemplary cleanliness, everything perfect! We will come back with all confidence if the opportunity comes up.

This place was absolutely perfect for 4 nights in Venice! Absolutely beautiful, high quality renovation. Very handy to have USB and USB-C outlets on each side of the bed. Shutters on the outside of the windows could be closed for good blackout at night. Kitchen was great and we cooked several meals at home. Very handy to have a separate washer and dryer instead of having the combined kind of unit that is more common in Europe. Location was in an apparently very hip part of Venice, about 30 minutes walk from St Mark's square. Lots of restaurants around as well as produce shops and a Despar grocery that had everything else we needed. Just loved everything! We left an ipad behind and they were kind enough to mail it to us in the US. One warning is to definitely not use Google maps to try to map the apartment address, because it is about 0.3 miles off. Use the restaurant name, as had been indicated in communications prior, as a location for water taxi dropoff. Would stay again!

Teodora and her family are wonderful! It feels like being at home and sharing spaces with a family member! The house is wonderful, very clean, modern, tidy and spacious enough for a family of 4 and a baby. The location is excellent. The house is located both near the center of the pine forest and near the sea. The center of Lignano is a few minutes away by car. In addition, we were lucky enough to stay during the rehearsal period of Cremonini's concert, so we also had the opportunity to enjoy this show in part. Thanks again! We'll definitely be back!

the apartment was as described in the listing, so 5 points, just felt even smaller. than expected. In the bedroom additionally cramped by the mobile air conditioning, which we did not use, with fixed installed hose through the window, which cannot be closed. Of course, the gelsen come and we were a little stabbed. Better would be a no hose and grill... we would have been happy about the fan in the kitchen, but it does not work. The biggest advantage is the in-site where we spent most of the time in the evening.

Lovely balcony with a direct sea view, perfect for relaxing. Just around the corner, there's a cozy bar called Bar L'Angolo – definitely worth a visit!

Federico is a very accommodating host. The communication went smoothly and very friendly. Messages were responded to very quickly and also a spontaneous change in arrival time was not an issue. The apartment is very nicely located, right on the beach. You can walk very quickly to the pedestrian zone. In the apartment you will also find everything you need for cooking, etc. It was a very nice and successful stay. Thank you for that 😊

Nicely decorated place. Very convenient location to the ferry station, local restaurants & shops. Perfect distance to walk to the tourist area without the extra price, noise, or foot traffic of staying in the tourist area.

perfect location close to everything but just nestled enough away that you dont feel over whelmed by the crowds in venice.

We loved our stay here. The perfect location and Stefano it a very responsive and helpful host. This is a very large and spacious house, with every amenity you would ever need. Very close to a Co-op supermarket and easy access from the Ospedale stop on the Water Bus. Very easy walk to all of the main parts of Venice and the location works wonderfully. One tip from me, the Island of Murano is really worth a visit and you are a 5 minute walk from the water bus stop that takes you there. Lots of bathrooms/shower rooms also makes everybody's life easy when you're trying to get out of the apartment to go and explore Venice. I would happily stay here again when we return to Venice.

Alberto’s apartment was beautifully decorated, pristine, comfortable and convenient. Many details for comfort amenities available, convenient location for easy and walkable site seeing, easy check-in with detailed instructions, and very accommodating and helpful host! It was a great stay in Venice! The apartment is very well located and close to everything. Only 10 mins from the train station as well. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Eventhough we don't speak the same language we were able to communicate easily with each other! Erika was very helpful!!

Lara was a fantastic host, very friendly and amenable. Nothing was a problem, my son arrived earlier than expected and she was very happy to welcome him and his girlfriend into the accommodation earlier without hesitation. Lara’s apartment was perfectly located for us, an easy bus ride into Venice and lovely to stroll around Mestre. The apartment was very spacious and clean, a perfect size for 5 of us. We had an amazing few days and would definitely stay at Lara’s again. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host.

Pierantonio's apartment was one of our favorite airbnb stays of all time. The view of the canal is beautiful, the apartment is away from the tourist area which creates a local/peaceful feel. There are great local restaurants, shops and other activities very close (such as Rialto Market, the public water transport). The check-in process was as easy as it gets, and communication was fast and friendly. It just doesn't get any better...we highly recommend!
