Great location, fantastic view and lovely pool & facilities

Mirjana and her daughter welcomed us warmly and we felt comfortable right from the start. Every wish was fulfilled and the communication went smoothly, above all you can drive from the location to places like Pula, Rovinj, Porec and that within 20-30min. We will come back 100% and it was breathtakingly beautiful, especially the villa and the pool which is also heated were just WOW! Better than the pictures, we had an incredible vacation and we were also greeted with delicious food and homemade bread in the villa that were ready for us. Just as Mirjana and her daughter have an incredibly delicious restaurant just 2-3 houses away, which has an incredible atmosphere and the food deserves every star. We thank you very much and can only advise you to book this place!

Stay was great. Everything very clean and modern. Communication was also straightforward. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to relax.

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

The five of us spent two weeks in the house. All rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and well furnished. We immediately felt comfortable. The possibility to swim in the pool at any time is perfect. It's not huge, but you can swim comfortably there. The kitchen was well equipped, so additional cutting boards or knives are superfluous. For a stay of two weeks, all beds were newly made. Otherwise, there are several very good restaurants within walking distance in the immediate vicinity. In the village itself there is a small bakery, as well as a greengrocer. The next largest supermarkets are all in Umag itself (Konzum, Lidl, Kaufland, ...). Conclusion: Very nice stay!

Hallo, We had beautiful days in Annalisa's bungalow. Everything was as described. The garden is a green oasis with herbs that guests are even allowed to use. The amenities are simple but at the same time have everything you need. Very positive is also to mention the impeccable cleanliness. Upon arrival, Annalisa gives a detailed introduction including tips for the area (shopping/leisure/restaurants). We were wretched on departure and can imagine coming back😊.

Lea’s place is amazing and I felt right at home on my first day. She was very helpful, I stayed for a couple months and she made sure I was comfortable. The apartment is bigger than the photos and the terrace is amazing. It’s a beautiful home with great views. It’s safe and quiet and not far from the beach (about a 15-20 minute walk). There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store nearby. There’s also a bus stop right outside the front door which is helpful. I would move in if I could! 😊
