Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Mar Menor

We couldn't have asked for a better place! We traveled with 2 kids and asked for a crib and baby feeding chair which was provided. I was working from my laptop in the apartment during weekdays as a software developer and the internet was good (~250Mbps).

Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

Maria is a great host, always attentive and available for the needs and questions of tourists. Very friendly and thoughtful.

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

Firstly we would have no hesitation returning ,close to port 5 mins walk ,5 mins to beach and there is also bolnuevo beach 10 mins drive ,park beside the mushroom shaped stones ,lots of restaurants to choose from ,lovely communal pool also ,overall a very lovely welcoming spanish couple thank you from Carolina and Esteban

Rafael "the diver's" house bears witness to his exciting life. It has a perfect location in Cabo, you can forget about the car and have everything within easy reach. The whole family spent 4 days with our dog Biko, very comfortable. I feel lucky to have met Rafa.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

The stay was great, we felt right at home. Everything was very clean and the pool was wonderful. The host was very attentive and pleasant and the person in charge of receiving us too. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos. Also on arrival they cover the security cameras, so there is absolute privacy.

To say that communication was very good from the first moment. We had an event and needed a flexible check out time and didn't have any issues. The house is in a quiet area, takes care of every detail, like at home. We went with a pet and the place has plenty of space for her and well-conditioned in every aspect. The access to the house was autonomous and his instructions were perfect. Recommendation to find exact location, if you direct you to an area where there is a bar, go back or progress according to where you arrive until you pass a small bridge that crosses the river...since from what they told us they have changed the numbering and the google maps sometimes sends you about 100m. We had a really great stay here - the house is just 3mins walk to the beach boardwalk, with a fine sandy beach and the sea perfect for swimming as you are sheltered from tides etc. All 4 of us (3 adults, 1 teenager) had plenty of space, inside and out. The aircon was much needed on our last day and having it in the livng space and main bedroom enabled is to cool the entire living area. We were really grateful to know that we would have towels both for the beach and the bathroom, as well as a beach umbrella, a selection of chairs and a throw to put down on the sand. We were also pleased to find we had use of basic condiments (salt, olive oil, etc) as you never think to bring these things (or can't if you flew in and only staying for a short time), so this was helpful. We had a great beach holiday - thanks Amparo!

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

The apartment was in a 150km area around, which we wanted to visit. 15 days of intense walks with idyllic postcards in the head. The apartment has all the necessary amenities and ideally located (beaches, city center). Bravo and thank you Pablo.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The accommodation was just as we expected and I can't say more than I hope to be back soon… Esperanza takes care of every detail, is extremely kind and it's a super ideal place to rest, disconnect, it's easy to park and it has a terrace overlooking the spectacular pool… we'll be back!!!!

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Great view from the room, lovely clean apartment and the host is very approachable and responsive. I would definitely recommend.
