Sam could not have done more to make our stay better. The flat has absolutely everything you need; from the basics to things like shopping bags for groceries, to milk and butter in the fridge amongst many other things. You have a nice outside space upstairs, and it’s a 2 minute walk into the centre of the village. Comfy beds and sofas; English TV stations and parking always available right outside the flat. If you plan to stay in Sucina I thoroughly recommend this place.

Ruben was a great host, although he did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish we used what’s app to communicate very effectively. The apartment was exactly as it looked in photos, parking secure and underground and the complex required a key to get in and out so again very secure. Pool was nice however too cold so I only visited it the once during my stay, I imagine it would be very nice in the warmer months! The beach is across the road and along a wooden walkway then you are on the sand, lovely beach and very nice to walk along, I took my dog so walked him along the beach also although in the busier summer months I don’t think this is allowed. The only downside for me is that because it was the off season there was not a lot open with 20 mins walking distance, the area is very hilly and as I am struggling with a knee injury at the moment sometimes it was a little much. I would definitely return although I also think for feb/march it was a little pricey for what was around.

We had a perfect stay at Cesar’s place. I really can’t say anything negative about our experience. The home was spacious and the extra half bath kept us from standing in line! Cesar was very responsive and helpful, beyond what I have experienced in previous Airbnbs. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location is perfect! Don’t even think about renting a car unless you are planning a road trip. It is an easy walk to the beach and some of the must see places the city has to offer. There were plenty of restaurants, enough to accommodate everyone’s individual taste. Cesar is the best host that I have experienced to date, and I had some great host! We will definitely stay there again! Thanks Cesar!

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

We stayed for 8 nights at John and Oksana's villa during August, travelling with my wife and I, two teenagers and a 10 year old (who has some additional needs). The villa was very private, in a quiet part of San Fulgencio and then located on a private road off the main road. This was perfect for us and the photographs do not give the full feel of how large and spacious the villa is, with 3 large double bedrooms, 2 good size bathrooms, a large dining/kitchen space and a very large roof area. The pool is also much larger and deeper than we expected which was a very nice surprise! The communication and instructions were very clear throughout and we were met by Irina at our chosen time to do the check in. She gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything in good detail, from the AC controls to the kitchen. We hired a car and I would say that this is essential but restaurants, beaches and shopping are all close within 10 mins drive. A fantastic villa that I would recommend!

We loved our stay here. Carlos and Irene were fantastic hosts with super friendly and proactive communication. The apartment is perfect for visiting with kids… our toddlers loved all the toys and books inside the apartment which made our stay very easy. It was super clean and light with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We didn’t use the other facilities in the complex (pool, tennis court, playground) but they looked very good. The location is great - it’s right by a lovely beach, lots of good restaurants and very convenient for Alicante airport. All the stuff you need for a day at the beach is already at the apartment (beach toys, wagon and umbrellla). Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

De locatie was perfect. In het centrum, dicht bij het strand en de boulevard. Het is een mooi, nieuw, ruim appartement op de begane grond met een balkon. Het zwembad is verwarmd! 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Aan te raden!

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

Check in was very easy. Iwona’s husband met is at the house and gave us a tour. He explained everything and said if we needed anything to call. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. After a day of travelling the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch. The location was perfect we had a short walk to many restaurants and La Zenia Boulevard were around a 10 to 15 minutes walk. We would definitely return in the future.

Todo perfecto. La casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, ideal para pasar unos días de descanso. La ubicación es tranquila y cómoda. Thomas, el anfitrión, fue encantador desde el primer momento: muy amable, nos ayudó incluso a cargar algunas cosas al llegar y tuvo el detalle de dejarnos una bombona de gas butano para usar en la barbacoa, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Sin duda repetiríamos. ¡Muy recomendable!

The apartment is even better than the photos. The whole place was super clean and it all felt so new. It had everything we need for our family of 4 (8yr and 13yr old). The heated pool was perfect, espicially as it was April and the temperatures a bit cooler. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk away with the beach and shopping centre only a little further. Great apartment, great location. Definitely would stay again

We have spent 5 weeks in Olga’s Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. Water filter was very useful saves carrying water from supermarket. Comfy bed. 10 mins to sea and 5 mins to bars/restaurants/supermarket. The complex is quiet and very well cared for. Felt safe. We got local bus to Torrevieja several times - bus stop 2 mins from complex- 1.60 euros each way. We also walked along coastal path to Torrevieja on couple of occasions - just over an hour. Olga responds very quickly to messages. Would recommend her apartment as a very comfortable base for exploring the area 😊

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotografías e incluso mejor: el aspecto es “a estrenar” recién pintado, suelos y muebles impecables y con todos los accesorios que se puedan necesitar: cafetera de cápsulas, tostadora, alarmas y persianas totalmente opacas y eléctricas. Desde todas las habitaciones puede se puede ver el mar y la luz que entra es extraordinaria. La playa está a 5 min y un gran supermercado a 1 min. Además, David es un súper anfitrión, siempre pendiente y de los que lo demuestran en la adversidad. Tuvimos un problema puntual de limpieza el primer día y David lo resolvió inmediatamente, con empatía y una flexibilidad asombrosa. Recomiendo este apartamento al 100%

Las playas están cerca y son muy bonitas ,hay autobús en la puerta de la urbanización que te deja en el centro comercial. Recomendó este alojamiento muy buen precio y estupendo para desconectar
