Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. The advertisement is exactly what it is. We were greeted by Yvette, very friendly and understanding following our late arrival. We ate several times at the Che Loco restaurant which I recommend, quality, welcome and very good atmosphere accessible at 800m. Thanks to Kevin and Yvette.

A well presented, spacious villa with a great pool area. Ideal for a week or two away in the sun. Spacious living area and well appointed. Be aware that, if you are from the UK and want TV you will need your media log in details or your firestick. The place is very secure and the local comercial area is about 15 minutes walk. Here you can find shops and resturants . Be aware the walk back is all uphill !!

Faultless property and hosts. Photos on the listing don't do the place justice. It is beautifully designed with everything there you could need, all immaculately clean and the place smelt beautifully fresh when arriving. Check-in was great with a very friendly but brief tour, with all key information needed. The area is absolutely beautiful - 30minute walk to the beach through the nature reserve. The pool at the property is also beautiful - perfect for cooling down on a hot day and also exceptionally clean and tidy, all set in very well kept garden areas. There was another very nice couple staying in the other Fincha, and sharing the pool was no problem - we were both respectful of each other's space and found alternate times of day to use it and have privacy. We were here after a family wedding, but if we are ever in the area again we will absolutely come back. Can't recommend it enough.

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

Amazing stay in the villa! The place is amazing and very well equipped with stunning roof top dinning area! The heated swimming pool is the biggest plus for anyone travelling with children outside of the hot season - we were enjoying daily swims with our little children at the beginning of April!

My family and I had a lovely stay at the villa. The garden was lovely and the kids loved the pool. The villa was very clean and tidy. Our host was very flexible and helpful and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

A great cottage right on the inland lake on La Manga, super equipped, everything you wanted was there. After just under two hours' drive from Alicante airport (it went faster on the return trip with 9.70 euros toll), you can get to a small idyll on an island with countless high-rises, where you feel completely in nature on the edge of tourist life and hustle and bustle. The house has been a little outdated or uninhabited for a while, but after a short time we had prepared everything so that we felt very comfortable. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. The place homely, easy to find, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The place is welcoming and homely. Beds are comfortable. Louise is easy reached reply straight away when asks something, Karen is lovely and very helpful too. I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again. Great stay...

Amazing place and a great host, very helpful and would definitely recommend

We a family of nine had a fantastic time. We have been in this area a few times because I just love it. For me off season is the best time quiet yet loads to do. The villa was amazing and the views were brilliant. But you definitely need to be fit or drive it is super hilly on this side of the golf course 🤣. I'm not really all that fit but we managed the hills 🤣 lots of slaging from the kids encouraged me to concur the hill of death. On this really steep hill at the top on the right hand side give a wave the chap who lives there gets a kick out of watching people climb that hill. The local taxi guy's were fantastic and super friendly. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back 👍👍👍👍👍

Our stay was great. Maribel is very kind, we had everything we needed. The apartment is very spacious, ideal for a large group, with very comfortable common areas. It's a quiet family area, less than a minute from the beach. Very well connected for sightseeing in Murcia and Alicante. We'll be back :)
