Wonderful experience! The house is extremely comfortable, brand new, cozy and beautiful! The hosts, Neuza and Silvio, are so helpful and sweet. The area of the kiosk and pool is very showy and the rooms are beautiful. Our family vacation was a delight in this house! We definitely plan to come back more often!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean! I have rhinitis and asthma, so I can say that the bed linens had been washed recently. The apartment is spacious and was well organized. Junior and Michela are always attentive and helpful: they recommended several places to eat. 😍 The place was quiet and I felt at home. I'll be back and I'll recommend it 😍

Professor Luís's cabin is a very special place to spend a few days in Praia Grande and in the midst of nature. He is an excellent host and has very cool tips about the region. To crown all this he is a geologist and conveys super interesting knowledge about the formation of the region. We'll be back for sure.

Odoaldo was spotless, all questions were quickly resolved, making our stay safe and quiet. The loft is beautiful, functional, equipped, clean and organized. Super recommend.

Excellent house, super clean and fragrant, very well equipped, super cozy, comfortable, with great bathrooms, soft beds, large living room and kitchen, super fresh and quite ventilated house. The lawn is huge and we enjoyed playing ball, frisbee, sipping chimarron in the shade of the trees, playing with our dogs who loved the stay too :D (house exactly as in the pictures). Location is super safe, close to the beach, the supermarket, restaurants, center, the neighbors are "fine people"... We had a wonderful few days at Ana's house, we were able to rest, enjoy and go back to the city routine with the renewed energy... If the house is available for rent we will come back for sure. Ana and her family are in love with people and we feel good and at home. Super we love everythingooo and recommend it!!!!!

Indeed the openings are a bit difficult to open and close, I believe it is common to all beachfront houses. Despite this, we had no problem with the front doors (as quoted in the previous review), they may have been fixed. The neighbors were very friendly in our stay. Claudia always answered questions quickly and the caretaker was always very helpful. The microwave had already been fixed and the house was quite clean when we arrived. The location is wonderful, by the sea and at a point not so full of Xangrila, because it is at the beginning of the beach. Supermarket super close.

Claudia was a excellent host. We spent the 2025 Carnival at its accommodation in Xangri-la and everything was great. The house is very large, cozy and very well located. I recommend it!

Fabio is a sensational host. You've welcomed us very well and have always been available for any need. The house has a great location (50m from the beach and very close to markets, pharmacy etc), a very interesting gourmet space and a good availability of appliances, in addition to a good availability in the rooms. I recommend it and I will certainly come back.

My family and I spent the new year at Elvis' house at Atlantis Beach and it was an amazing experience. The house is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and the patio with pool is perfect for relaxing and having fun. Location is great, close to restaurants, markets, and shops. Elvis was an excellent host, very attentive, friendly and helpful. He greeted us with a welcome kit, gave us tips about the region, and was always available to help us with anything. He was also very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. We loved our stay and recommend Elvis' home to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and cozy place on Atlantis Beach. We will definitely be back soon!

The house is really spectacular. Exactly as described, there are 3 suites, that is, each with its own full bathroom, plus a bathroom and a bathroom outside the house. The host was always on hand, quickly responded to my messages, and left the house with amenities in the bathrooms, beers in the brewery, and lots of coffee capsules. Village's pool is in front of the house! I will definitely return!

Marizete is extremely sweet! The check-in process was different than expected, but we had no issues with that. The house is the legitimate beach house, cozy and peaceful. The acoustics of the house leave something to be desired, but nothing that prevents a good stay. The location is also incredible, close to the beach.

impeccable, cozy place, the condominium also, the people(neighbors) polite, restaurant, pool area and very pleasant sports courts. it has good market and TB MT beauty salon.

The house corresponds exactly to the one described, being perfect for a quiet stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, Internet functioning normally, with good speed/stability, good beds and showers. Quiet and complete condo, with open pool and other indoor (heated), tennis court, beach tennis, soccer fields, food-trucks, market and restaurant. Counted with recreation and my kids loved it. Also, it has a support house on the beach, where they provide chair and parasol, in addition to allowing a bath to take the sand at the return of the beach. I recommend it and we will definitely return!!

The village met my expectations and that of my family. The central location and also close to the beach was a determining factor of choice. The house sleeps 8 well. The house space is very spacious, providing a lot of comfort. Janaína is very available and easy to communicate with.

The House is wonderful, needs some improvements, but they are details, nothing that interferes with a good stay. The location is excellent, the house is spacious, spacious, very airy. The view is wonderful!
