Lucy replied my message really fast. The day I moved in there was an AC water leaking. She responded to it immediately and fix it really quickly. The entire room is very clean and cozy. I recommend this place!

This is highly recommended. Obie was a great host - responsive even months before I arrived. His place is lovely and comfortable. It’s also very accessible via the MRT. I would stay again if I get the chance when I return to Taipei.

It’s a very nice housing experience during our stay. Thanks to Rebecca’s prompt responses whenever we need help. Great location, friendly and safe building. Although the room has some dust on the windows frames, curtains and desk surface, it’s easy to wipe clean. White noise from dehumidifier and Air conditioner can be loud, but they are working fine and keep the room comfortable. Appreciate the bright lighting in the bathroom, drainage can be better. In all, very thankful, definitely would like to return next time.

Highly recommended! Make sure you read the description well so you know this is an underground, windowless unit. Otherwise all excellent instructions and clear communication from the host. Air quality inside apartment was good. I am 194 cm tall, and the height was not an issue for me during my one month stay. Decent kitchen amenities mean you can rely on convenience store meals and similar microwavable/air fryable foods if the weather prevents going out.
