This place was amazing and we will definitely stay here again. Only a 5min walk to the beach and there’s a playground across the street. The fenced backyard was great for our dog and we appreciated the EV charger. We loved the hot tub, the showers had nice hot water, we appreciated the fireplace and everything was immaculately clean! The beds were super comfortable, my body is extra particular and every single bed was a memory foam mattress! Easy check-in and host was absolutely incredible! We couldn’t find any balls for the foosball table, so she searched for some locally, when there wasn’t any to be found, she ordered them and hand delivered them the very next day! So thoughtful and we weren’t expecting that level of service, cannot express our level of gratitude. She was the best host ever!! We would highly recommend staying here, it’s the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

Beautiful renovation to a historic Seaside home. Loved the big kitchen with an island and very comfortable dining and living room. Beautiful porch and sunroom for warmer months. All bedrooms well appointed and lovely heated upstairs bathroom. Very helpful and responsive hosts. We would love to return!

Perfect location in old town Sherwood. The kitchen/dining room/living room is large and comfortable. We used the 2 downstairs bedrooms and they were both good-sized with very comfortable, firm mattresses. Brad came and cleaned the snow off the walk and then we had a nice chat about the house and Sherwood. I would recommend staying here and we will be back. Perfect for our winery visit and to get together with our kids.

I stayed at this location because I was burning my dog while attending a work conference. The house were amazing and the communication excellent. We both felt very cared for. I will be staying here again. And have already recommended it to others.

We liked Kodi's place. The kitchen was well=stocked with various utensils. Plenty of dishware and cookware to cook with. We loved the couch in the living room. The bedrooms were very spacious with plenty of room. Large dining room table to seat everyone. Overall, it was a a really nice place. Because we came in the winter, we didn't use the beautiful deck, which overlooks a beautiful ocean view.

Came for my birthday and the hosts went above and beyond and had items for me for my birthday waiting inside. Really added to the stay. Location is perfect, everything was within a 5 minute walk and a great view of the beach. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anybody looking for a laid back and perfectly located stay in seaside

Beacon Hill and the associated winery are an absolute gem. we had the most relaxing rustic stay and we're pleasantly surprised to be able to partake in the Laughlin Loop tour of are wineries. Truly a special destination!

I had a wonderful stay! The place felt just like home. The new flooring that added a nice, fresh touch. It was also conveniently located near my family, which made the visit even better. I loved being within walking distance to New Seasons and the restaurants at Orenco Station—so convenient!

Kristen was a wonderful host! She was very attentive and responsive when we reached out to her. We had some unplanned construction occurring at our own home so we needed a place to stay locally. Kristen’s home was stocked with all of the necessities to cook, do laundry, and gave our family a safe and cozy place while our own home was being repaired. Highly recommend staying here!!

Nice place. A bit on the edge of wine country, but nice. Bring earplugs, as rain is loud on the roof. Also, as you are in the woods, there are bugs. Wifi could be faster and a new apple tv/tv speaker would be great. Overall, nice place and great value.
