Such a nice dwelling, clean and quiet - I was very happy with the accomodations...

Very good location for us, easy walking to restaurants or bars or the water front. We thought the place was well stocked and very clean and the bed was wonderful. Having a dedicated parking place was a nice bonus for us and appreciated. There is a bakery downstairs so breakfast can be super easy or you can drive to Randy's diner, like we did, for an inexpensive and hearty breakfast. My only critique, and I didn't let it affect my rating, is that the duties of taking out the trash, loading/starting the dishwasher and putting towels in the washer are chores I escape from when I'm on vacation and expect to be included in the cleaning fee I pay. I do wish ABB's would require chores as part of the listing. Still, this was a very nice place with great amenities. I would recommend replacing the bedroom lights with higher lumen LED lights because we like to read in bed and that was difficult with the dim lighting.

Absolutely the perfect place to find your inner peace and re-energize! The Nest is exactly that. It is so warm, comfortable and secure that it just so serene. The view is almost undesirable as it took my breath away and brought happy tears to my eyes. As a 60 year old mom of 2 amazing kiddos 11 and 9 who are both Neurodivergent it was the best medicine for my heart and soul. We will be back hopefully many times as both of my kiddos felt right at home. My husband as well was in awe of this Treasure I was able to find. Thank you Charlie and Suzy for allowing our little family enjoy something that never would have imagine as possible for us. it was heaven on earth.

What a great place to stay! Everything was clearly labeled, which made our stay even that much better. Extra blankets for chilly evenings, a heated mattress pad with dual controls.. for when the hubby wanted it at 10 and I wanted it off, lol. We cooked some of our meals, and with the great kitchen that was so easy! We put the parking pass in our vehicle and it never moved all weekend…we walked everywhere, and there are some great food spots close by! My husband has stayed in many Airbnbs for work and he said this was by far the cleanest he has stayed in. We only wish we had warm enough weather to enjoy the great patio! The washer and dryer, which was really nice, was handy for making sure we left without dirty clothes, and that we kept the towels up. We are already looking at when we can stay here again. Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

Had an amazing long weekend. Great inland lake. The house was perfect for our family. The host was super responsive and had a ton of great recommendations.

Lee’s place is awesome location if you’re looking to stay in northern Michigan. Lots to do within walking distance to Traverse City but also very centrally located to other towns and things you’ll want to do/see in the area. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so nice and clean and very open inside. Had just about everything we needed for our two night stay. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful property. Loved walking the trail in the woods with our dogs. Wish we had more time, but would love to come back and stay in this home again. We love this house! Lots of room to spread out, nice decor, furniture and beds. Kitchen os well supplied. Lots of parking space which is a huge plus as we had a family dinner there. Would definitely book again,

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to breweries and wineries. It was a great spot for a weekend with friends, and our two dogs were happy too! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, felt right at home. Easy check in and out, very responsive and accommodating host. Had everything we needed and some extras. Very homey and comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Our dog enjoyed it too.

Great responsive communication. Everything was spotless except the hot tub when we arrived. The plows and skimmer were left floating. Pointed it out and someone promptly came and fixed it!

Mary is a great and kind host. She made ourselves like feeling at home. Homemade muffins were greatly appreciated. She also made us an extra gifts by proving some extra toys for our toddler. She was also flexible with check in and check out. Very nice decorated home!!

We had a nice time staying for a long weekend! Even in April, the views of the surrounding woods through the large windows was great.

We love it there. This was our second time in the cabin, and third time on their properties. The place is so warm and inviting. Extremely private, clean, and had everything in the kitchen to cook with. Can’t wait to go back. Melanie was extremely accommodating, and even allowed us another hour to sleep in. 5 Star all day long!!😀

We were in Pentwater for a wedding and this property was perfect for our stay. Convenient to the downtown and in a nice neighborhood everything was as described in the listing. The owners were very professional and courteous, and the communication was excellent..
