Amazing place, cozy & relaxing. Very clean & well maintained. Kitchen is nice & organized with complete electrical appliances , set of utensils , lots of plates & cooking wares(pans & pots) . NO insects or cockroaches. Electrical plug is placed near the kitchen appliances. Galon of distilled water for drinking is provided free. Living room is spotless white with touch of modern victorian design . There are netflix tv & Videoke . Garden is lovely . You can relax & enjoy at the jacuzzi. We had a great stay at this place. Great place to unwind with family & friends without leaving the city.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

My family and I loved the place. I had to book last minute from another airbnb that we didn't like, and Cristina responded to my inquiry right away! Very spacious for a big family and I liked that extra tables and chairs were provided. The pool was a plus which was enjoyed by the kids! Christina is very responsive and took care of all my requests right away. Highly recommended.

It's a secured, peaceful, & family-friendly neighbourhood. The subdivision is a good place for a stroll and there are parks and playgrounds not just for kids but for adults too. As a nature lover, I love the tree crowns view from our room. The room is very wide too. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was even a time when they look after the kids so we can eat. I love the rice! I was hoping to have some Korean food, as mentioned in one of the reviews, but we're served typical lutong-bahay - decent meal naman and filling. Uncle offered to serve Korean food when we go back. I suggest that there be a ready fan/cooler for guests in the common areas like the kitchen and the living room. Will consider this place again for next bookings.

My family spent our Christmas in Angela's Apartelle. Well managed ang units nila, malinis at maganda exactly like how it was described in the listings. Beds are comfy and like standard bed you would see in a hotels. Best part yung kitchen complete with small appliances like microwave, Toaster, Electric kettle, rice cooker & Coffee maker. Wifi is provided pero walang TV. Kahit hindi maganda ang panahon naenjoy pa din namin ang swimming pools. Malinis kasi at hindi amoy chlorine ang tubig tulad ng sa iba. The host is also commendable from booking queries to onsite assistance ang daling lapitan ni Ms. Cristina napakabait. You might see her personally cleaning around the area and attending guest concerns during your stay. No wonder madalas fully booked ang listings nila dahil kabalik-balik naman talaga. Thank you for accommodating us Ms. Cristina til' next time po! :)

Surrounded by rich greenery; the sound of chirping birds all day by the wonderful garden, the singing of crickets & grasshoppers, and gushing waters (koi pond/fountain) that completes the wonderful ambiance of nature. Mr. Kwon's family welcome us with warm-heartedness. I didn't expect that there would be a complimentary meal during breakfast. The room is spotless. A common toilet and bath is next to the room. Our family had a great time staying at Mikaela’s Place. Feels like we are staying at one of the resort in the South. It was so close to home! Jolina the caretaker of Casa De Amena was very helpful, attentive to all our needs and made sure that all our needs were readily available. From our senior parents down to the youngest member of the family… all I see were big smiles and fun! Thank you very much!

Great place for family gathering!

The place is big and spacious, especially the parking. There's an area that you could shoot some hoops and a fire place that you can cook some smores. The open space with canopy where you can do most of your activities is spacious and have a good design. I like the native design of the seats with its water resistant foam. They also have a 3-piece wooden plank that can act as table and stable enough to sit. The pavilion is the star of the place. It's big, cozy, and just pretty. My only comment though is it gets quite hot in the area when the sun is high. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really like the design of the toilet and bath of largest room. Everything blends well even the lavatory, which seems to disappear together with the finishing of the wall. The pool is nice and clean. The place was really cool and peaceful. It was really nice to chill around with my family. It really felt like our home. The facilities are working as expected and the rooms are really clean. They have an amazing sound system at home and the water is warm which we really prefer. Though it was really hot this May but it still felt good dipping in the warm water in Pansol. The kitchen appliances/utensils are also complete so we were able to use them. This place is really great for big groups. The caretakers were really nice and responsive. They also cooked cochinillo for us and it tasted great! Thanks for granting that request though we only said it in the morning. Will surely recommend this place and hope to come back and spend another amazing day in this homey place. 😊💙

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

Our mini reunion was one for the books primarily because of this Airbnb! Everybody commented on how nice the place is. The accommodation is big enough to fit 17 pax, with each family having their own rooms. The heated pool was the star of the event, and the caretakers were really kind, helpful, and proactive. Just a few comments for improvement. The host is friendly and accommodating however response time could still improve. Place is pet-friendly, but it would have been more nice if there is no pet fee anymore. We also think plates should be included as well, and it was a bit bummer to see the rice pot unwashed and with old rice debris inside. But other than that, we highly recommend the place and would book again in the future :)
