We had a lovely stay – the house was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and a great layout. It’s well-equipped, beautifully located, and the views are stunning. Despite the wild weather, it was a relaxing place to unwind. We were lucky with sunshine on our last day and made the most of the lawn, trampoline, and pool. The house isn’t a show home and could use a refresh in places, but it’s comfortable, homely, and ideal for groups. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would absolutely stay again – I bet it's even better in sunny weather!

Amazing stay at Snells beach. Spotlessly clean, more spacious than expected. The view from the master bedroom is fantastic. Lots of outdoor activity equipment though the weather didn’t cooperate with us using them. Child friendly - high chair available, baby deck chair. Spa was lovely

Beautiful as described. Close to beaches, marina and easy walks. Spotless property. Close the everything we wanted. The weather wasn’t the best but we felt cozy and warm and had a very relaxing time. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great place to stay and a classic Kiwi Bach with all the space and amenities you could ask for. The round the house deck give you great views at any time of the day

We had such a wonderful stay here. It’s in a gated community and we always felt safe. Hamish was very accommodating and did a great job of making our holiday as seamless as possible. We loved the pool, spa, trampoline and basketball hoop. Everything about the house is well thought out (and beautiful). The airbnb is in a private and peaceful area, and a 10min drive from the town centre. It felt luxurious staying here and it was definitely the relaxing holiday we were hoping for!

This is really a haven place for family. Ms Jessica was really a great and helpful host. The family really enjoyed our stay. Our dad, brother and cousins had a great time because the place was very near to their fishing spot. Dairy were just the corner walking distance which was really convenient. Overall this place is really homey, peaceful and stress free. Indeed you can say its a HOME. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and approving our reservation plus allowing extra person which is our nephew. 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay at Duncan and Linda’s place. A lovely spacious home and generously stocked. It is a fantastic spot, right across from the water and the kids loved the local playground. Duncan was very helpful with local suggestions and offering the use of kayaks and boat. Would highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again.

I had such a great experience at Linda and Al's place! They offered free upgrade from unit downstairs to upstairs lodge, it was clean and cozy, with all the essentials we needed. The location was perfect—super close to Orewa shops, which made it easy to get around. Linda and Al was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and even offered us late check out. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip! Thanks for such a memorable stay! :)
