Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

Great place to stay if you're around north goa. Place is squeaky clean and has a home like feeling. It was decided out with all furniture for a complete stay. Highly recommended.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb property! The rooms and interiors are exactly as shown in the photos. I even extended my stay for one more night instead of going to or booking any resort. The double balcony is absolutely perfect, and the view is so peaceful. The place is incredibly well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need. Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit are all available at this location, which is super convenient. The staff member, Raj, is extremely helpful and kind. He always calls ahead and asks for permission before entering the house for cleaning. Special thanks to Raj! The hosts, Mishika and Shikha, are absolutely wonderful. Thank you both for being such great hosts. Had a memorable vacation, loved the stay, and would highly recommend this place!

Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The host, Nitin, is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help when needed. Overall, it’s a perfect place that truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The place was very private and comfortable. It was located a short distance from panjim city which was great given the city is noisy and busy. Beds were very comfortable air conditioning was perfect and during a brief power outage there was backup power for fan and light. The private car parking was also helpful and convenient. The terrace options are nice to relax and unwind.
