Vacation rentals with beach access in Mandovi River

Rukmani is very helpful. I had a. One year old with me , She guided me as to what I can carry with me to prepare for her. What kitchen items are available that can be hellful for me.i requested an early check in. She managed to keep the place ready before we arrived. Felt very homely. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the place. She had enough space to move around and play. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that’s homely safe and private.

Words aren’t just enough to describe our heartfelt stay at Sol Banyan/Tisya stays. Everything was beyond perfect including the property cleanliness, amenities and ambience. There is a different vibe to this place, just exactly what we wanted in this vacation. I would like to particularly thank Nishant for providing early check-in upon request and being so hospitable. Also, Debasis was very helpful too. He arrange complete decoration of the room as per my request for our anniversary.

Overall everything was great, including the place, host, location, surroundings, amenities and the rooms. Each and everything was perfectly curated and was in perfect condition. The Host was super responsive and was proactively helping us with whatever we needed. Surely recommending to everyone.

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

This was my first ever Airbnb experience and It was an amazing stay. The house is exactly as shown in picture. Very beautiful and aesthetic, felt like home. Kashif is very prompt in replies and solving any queries. He was also suggested me places to visit nearby locations. I would really recommend this stay. 10/10 experience. If ever I visit again Goa then I would always choose this stay.

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

Stay was comfortable. Host was very responsive 1. arranged water can on request 2. cleaned house when we extended our stay 3. prepared house as given in listing the place 1. peaceful green surroundings 2. we had a car so was easy to get around accessibility there are uneven surfaces and steps in entry so young kids and those with accessibility requirements should consider this when booking.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Alex is a superhost. Very helpful, always responded within minutes. The best part of stay was the location. just in front of the Ashwem view point. one can enjoy the serenity of the sea sitting at the balcony. There were lot of food joints nearby. Alex also helped to get cab for airport drop and local sightseeing. Overall a great stay .

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

We had a lovely time at the villa. It was super peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. The breakfast served every morning was amazing...fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The whole vibe of the place was cozy and calm, and made our stay really enjoyable. Would definitely revisit in the future.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

Staying at this Airbnb was one of the best decisions we've made — truly a worthwhile experience! The way the studio has been set up is simply awesome. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of, whether you're a couple or a small family on a short stay. From kitchen vessels, a gas stove, and tea bags to essentials like salt, pepper, an iron box, and even a mosquito bat (which we didn’t even need — the place was spotless and mosquito-free!), everything was perfectly arranged. The studio was incredibly hygienic, and the furniture and setup looked exactly like the photos — no surprises, just a warm, homely vibe that made us feel right at home. We genuinely loved this property from the bottom of our hearts. A big shout-out to our hosts, Merlin and Austin — two young, thoughtful individuals with great presence of mind. I had an amazing stay at Pranaam! Anand is a wonderful host who has thoughtfully curated every detail to make this place a true home away from home. The place is exactly as pictured, and even more beautiful with its newer curtains and linen. We were impressed by the abundance of amenities, including: * A fully stocked kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery, and appliances * Plush linen and extra towels for comfort * Natural bright lighting that fills the space * Even a weighing scale! Anand's attention to detail and commitment to providing a seamless guest experience truly sets Pranaam apart. I felt right at home and can't wait to return. Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through.
