Have nothing negative to say about listing great place for a family, home is beautiful, modern, spacious and clean with 24 hours security. Security staff are respectful, kind and helpful. The view is beautiful from every angle.The home feels like home away from home. Property has a beach, pool and playground. can walk around any time of day without fear. The beach and pool can be accessed any time of day. The beach is great the sound at night is wonderful. Host Sanjae was very respectful and responsive to needs and questions This listing will be my family place to stay in future trip.

Spent a day in Ocho Rios with my family of 6 visiting Dunn’s River falls, and needed a place to stay overnight as we had a flight to catch the next day in Mobay. I booked at a different air bnb in a different gated community that went really bad, as we entered that house it was taken over by ants that my 2 young sons freaked out about and refused to stay there. So I was left without a suitable accommodation at almost 6 pm at night when I searched and came across this listing hosted by Janet and luckily it was available. I booked and it was ready for me within 20 minutes. Janet was a great host, the place was modern, very big screen TVs in all the rooms, locks and keys for each rooms in case travelling with a group, garbage bins everywhere, good size private backyard for kiddies to play or private couple time, AC kicks in instantly with cold air, separate beach towels provided, access to laundry to wash and dry my beach stuff, comfy bed and linens, and as my kids said…. NO ants/bugs!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Tanelia’s place! The space was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like home. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and convenient for everything I needed. Tanelia was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions, making the stay even smoother. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely worth the few nights' stay, and I’d love to book again in the future! Highly recommend!

The place was extremely clean and very private. There were complimentary snacks and refreshment. There was no disturbance from the host. We felt at home.

if your a private person, love mixing with the locals, then Attalia Villa is the place for you! the villa is well kept, the host is great "Miguel " ,professional, very prompt in replaying to your questions/ requests. Also thank you for allowing my request to have a fun filled birthday celebration, my group enjoyed the stay also. One thing though you are going to need a new trampoline, the one there is broken and needs to be thrown out. Darsie and Albert big up Y'all selves , great team Thank You

Joel was very responsive to all messages. The place is not walkable to store or food. Really need a vehicle did not have one. We used it for one night before we checked into Sandals Dunn River worked perfect for that walked down the hill at 7:30am Sandals allowed us in and had a full first day. It was great for that.

Very clean and beautiful property and host was easy to text or call with local recommendations. There is not much within walking distance so definitely need a driver or rental car for basic provisions and groceries. Beautiful view and close to Montego Bay. We stayed with four children and two adults, and with the Driver had a wonderful time and thought the value was worth it. Might need to bring some basics like coffee, napkins, or dish soap, but otherwise everything was provided for.

We enjoyed our stay andI would definitely return to the house. The location and the accommodation are great! The access to the pool and grocery store on the property is great. Definitely worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location and how clean and organized the home was. The location has everything you would want minus food in the fridge 😂. Robert was very professional, friendly and proactive. I would recommend the location.

The house was amazing — we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The neighbors were lovely and very welcoming. It’s important to note that the road leading to the house is not easy at first, but after doing it once, it feels much easier. The first time can seem overwhelming, but it's definitely manageable! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our first days: very calm, with a beautiful view, and not too far from the center — but you definitely need a car. We also had the chance to meet Dallas, who was incredibly kind and shared with us the touching story behind this house. Thank you again for everything!

2nd visit to Jacqueline's place. Had another great stay. Jacqueline was great at communicating whenever we had any questions. The house was clean and as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed the pool. Her son Sean was great for airport pickup as he was on time and drove safely. Will be back again.

William is a wonderful host, pleasant responsive. He couldn’t do enough for us. The gardens are truly out of this world! If you are lucky William will give you a tour and if you are brave try one of his chillies off the plant! The bedroom is a good size plenty of room to relax. Kitchen and bathroom lovely and clean. The house is secure and I felt very safe. Thank you William for a wonderful few days.

This place was a perfect location for everything I needed to do and close to my where my friends were staying. If anything happened the response was immediate. Staying in Jamaica with the locals was an experience all by itself. This is not a tourist area but a short distance to Santa Cruz downtown (businesses, banks,grocery stores and lots of small street vendors). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. This was genuine hospitality. Thank You and look forward to returning soon.

I booked Rohan & Mauricia’s place for our family to spend some quality time together for the holidays. It was perfect for the occasion and we made some wonderful core memories here. Reading some of the other reviews I was a little hesitant before booking but I was pleasantly surprised with our stay, zero complaints. The area was tranquil, very peaceful. A one-of-a-kind authentic Jamaican experience in the countryside. It was remote, but only minutes away from Mandeville town by car. The property was spacious, clean and safe. Hot tub was a highlight! Kemar, who lives on site, made our stay go from great to exceptional. On arrival, the house was well stocked with all the essentials-soap, water, TP, etc. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils. Throughout our stay, Kemar went above and beyond to accommodate any requests we had. He also took us to a local farm to buy fresh produce direct from the ground for our chrismtas meal. That in itself was a experience to remember. Thank you!

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to help resolve an issue caused by a miscommunication on my part. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay and would definitely book here again.

The location is amazing. Not the easiest place to find, but once found it's the perfect Treasure Beach experience. Kyle is a great host, extremely helpful

Wonderful host very friendly and helpful. Great beds such a comfortable sleep. Washing machine works well and everything you need is there for you to cook ect. Water, sugar, salt, washing powder and more was provided for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a nice peaceful rest. If you have a car it will take you 5-7 mins to get to town where you can get food, vegetables pharmacy ect. Thank you so much Carlene, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. ❤️
