We were a group of 10 and we had a great time at Juans place. The staff were helpful and amazing, but also letting us have our private time. The house is exactly like the pictures, and is truly a beautiful home I a quiet street, right closeby all the nightlife of Makati. I would highly recommend this place. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

5 stars – One of Our Best Airbnb Stays Yet! This was easily one of the best places we've booked on Airbnb so far. We wish we had found it earlier! After coming from a terrible experience—our first booking had major issues with check-in and missing keys, and it ended up being canceled—we were lucky to find this gem as an alternative. The stay was absolutely worth it. The place has a beautiful view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a warm, cozy atmosphere. It was also a big plus that it’s pet-friendly! We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time here. Thank you for the wonderful experience—this will definitely be our go-to spot the next time we visit.

Booked the place with my family for a short staycation. First of all, the place is strategically located and relatively close to the places we visited. Secondly, the room, furnitures, and linens are overall clean and comfy. The kitchen is also well-supplied with basic stuff, with the filtered water dispenser as an added convenience. The listing also offered free pool access to the guests which is great. And lastly, the hosts (esp Vanessa) is very responsive and understanding to my concern(s). Will definitely book the place again and will recommend to friends and families.
