charming cottage with the owners very accessible, welcoming and friendly. a real moment of rest, quiet and only 30 minutes from the landing beaches in the middle of the English Channel.

Claudine is really very welcoming and guided us perfectly on nearby hikes in an exceptional site. Claudine's passion for her birthplace can only make us have a great stay, the history of the place touched us. We highly recommend this cottage and are ready to come back again.

We loved staying here with our 5 children. The beaches are so beautiful and only about 20 to 30 mins drive away. Also lots of historic places around. My kids also really liked playing table tennis near the house. This place was perfect for us, spacious, gorgeous huge dining table and everything you need in the kitchen.

This is such a quiet and beautiful air bnb. We spent 3 nights here as a family of four whilst exploring the D Day landing beaches (the gite is very close to Omaha) and we couldn’t fault anything about the accommodation. We had brilliant nights sleep every night - very comfortable mattress and pillows and very quiet area so no noise disturbance. We cooked supper in the kitchen a couple of nights - the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the authentic surroundings and the children enjoyed meeting Moby. Very responsive hosts - we would highly recommend this Gite.

Perfect cottage both in terms of equipment and cleanliness and geographical location but above all and above all Susan's welcome excellent, always available, welcoming and so close to her hosts: a real ray of sunshine! And the vegetables from the garden that arrive in front of our door a treat!!! Feel free to come! Us? We'll be back soon.

I had a really great stay at this wonderful place! Anne was also very kind and borrowed me her bike and helmet proactively so I was a lot more flexible. And her husband drove me to a remote station - all without me ever asking for this. The apartment is beautiful and you can really zoom out of everyday life there. Very much recommend others to choose this place during their stay in Bretagne!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment proposed by Anne Cécile and Christophe. They were very welcoming, with good advice, and we were able to enjoy the catering service offered with a dining board and a bottle of wine. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Chantal is a host as we like them, responsive to messages, flexible and very welcoming. The accommodation is very large and fits 8 people. Located not far from Utah beach and the Normandy coast. Gorgeous little cottage near the sea but on a very quiet road. Had a lovely week relaxing and enjoying the pretty garden, thank you!

It was a great stay at Jennifer's. The house is super cozily furnished and you feel right at home. The area is very quiet and you are quickly (5 minutes walk to the house beach / 10 minutes by car to the famous beach in Carteret) at the sea and in Barneville- or Carteret-Downtown. The house was also well located as a starting point for other highlights of central and southern Normandy (Utah Beach or Mont Saint-Michel). If we are brought to this area again, we will gladly ask Jennifer again.

This might have been the nicest kitchen I’ve ever seen. The property is amazing with an outdoor seating area and a huge koi pond. It’s quite impressive. The bathroom and kitchen are updated and state of the art. There is also a washer and dryer (out of the apartment downstairs but available 24/7) with a brand new washer and dryer. There’s also a gated parking spot. Overall the place is amazing which is why I gave it 5 stars. One item to note. There is an owner who sleeps in a room under the living room. We were up playing cards at 11pm (and walking and moving chairs so I’m sure it was loud in a room below us) but he was upset and said we were keeping him awake. It made us feel like we had to be crazy quiet the other night. So overall this place is great, but if you’re night people who want to be up late walking around, note there is someone below you.

Nicole's house is very nice and right across the sea. The house is spacious and tastefully decorated. With the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is very easy to spend holidays with families or friends without disturbing each other. The bedding is very good, we slept very well. Nicole is friendly and available. We highly recommend it.
