Everything is very good, clean and cozy

Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

The place was just as described! Really close to the city center. Felt safe and the communication with Salvador was great.

Needed a place to stay close to work and it didn’t disappoint. The place was super clean and artsy with everything that is needed for an easy and trouble free stay. Also loved the self check in ! Allan’s place was what I saw on the pics, very nice house, clean and well maintained. Easy to find, super easy to check in, Allan was very attentive all the time that I had a question or concern. Thank you Allan, I’ll be back in May for sure.

I would stay here again and again… even if only for Brad! So incredibly helpful and responsive he made our trip seamless and perfect for us! Aside from that, the place was absolutely lovely! Close walking distance to the city center, clean and roomy… but still very Nicaraguan. Love! Can’t say enough good!

Beautiful place to stay in Granada!

This place by far is one of the most beautiful places in Central America! Not to say how attentive Jon was with EVERY request of mine. Jon you really made me look a superstar!

Our stay at Carmen and Claudia's was impeccable. The house is really nice and just as seen in the photos. It is definitely in a strategic point in Managua, very close to a Maxi Palí, so if you need to shop it is perfect. Claudia was always very helpful and friendly, especially when we had some problems with our arrival. But everything went perfect. The house is very easy to find and the instructions are very clear. We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Managua. Very satisfied. :D

Victor‘s communication was on point. Anytime I need to get a hold of him. He would respond very quickly. Would definitely recommend A booking with Victor.

This was our second trip to Granada and Kristy's place was a great place to stay! Everything is within easy walking distance. The place is just as described and maybe even better than the pictures. The pool was wonderful and way deeper than expected. We didn't cook as there are too many nice restaurants nearby, but the kitchen was very nice and appeared to be well equipped. The house manager was on site for our check in and only a text away if we needed anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Kristy's place!

I might not have the right words to rate this place but here I come : very quiet, clean, private, close to the airport, close to one of the municipal hospital in case of an emergency, you can feel like you are home away from home, clean property the host it’s very communicative I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family members back home and the price make it even better 😇🙏🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This worked out perfectly for a late flight into Managua. The lovely lady who works there (Nohemi) answered our driver's call after 11pm, to help guide him to the place (there are no exact addresses in Nica, it seems). She was then waiting for us in the driveway to flag us down (and we were even later than expected trying to sort out our ride!). The place was clean and very secure. Nohemi walked out in the morning to get us milk for our cereal :)

It is a comfortable place, as described. Very private. Suitable for people in the interior of the country who must be at the airport in the early hours of the morning. Ample parking. Carolina the housekeeper is a super friendly and helpful person.

Listing is precisely as indicated in description/photos at time of my stay. Clean, good security measures and appliances in working condition. Air conditioning works very well and there is even warm water. Host was kind and diligently helped to make my last minute evening reservation faster, even despite me feeling impatient due to it being the final few hours of visiting my girlfriend and me wanting to accomplish some things with her before taking my flight at 2am. It was easy for my girlfriend to go back and spend the remainder of the night there after I left because there is a remote control key (and / or code) that opens and closes the property entrance gate in addition to keys to your own particular apartment studio room. I saw that there is also a washer and dryer available for use. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and stores, close to some malls, and only about 11 or 13 minutes from the airport. It is also located on the same road as the airport.

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.

we only spent a short stay at this establishment for lack of space but everything went well. we were very well received. the apartment is spacious and comfortable. the kitchen is well equipped . The garden is pleasant and the residence is well secured.
