IMPORTANT changes 10/2023: Installation of air conditioning in the central area of the house. In 2019, a new kitchen, a four-person KAYAK, two bicycles, a wood-burning fireplace, board games, a BBQ grill, etc. were installed.

Traditional Mallorcan house, 3km from Deia, coast line with breathtaking views over looking Mediterranean see, oozing rustic charm, in the heart of ancient olive groves, 3 mn walking to an idyllic sea cove with crystalline waters, private swimming pool, amazing sunset. Utter peace. Lately, we added a barrier with a code to enter and exit that provides a much more privatized access to the sea. A sublime stroll along the coast takes you to the Cala Deia and then to the heart of the village.
