Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Malpais

Sophia was an excellent host, extremely responsive, and had cleaners come multiple times throughout the week to keep the apartment clean. It was beautiful and exactly like the photos, and in a very central location. I highly recommend to anyone coming to Santa teresa!

Super recommended. Everything very clean and tidy. The apt has everything you need to feel yourself at home. I really liked the terrace, especially in the mornings, many beautiful birds accompany your breakfast. Very attentive host and quick response. We love it! ❤️

It was our first time in the area and since before booking it, Lorna was very attentive explaining and recommending places to visit. Adonis welcomes you on site, and he was always super attentive, friendly and willing to help you with everything, from where to eat to how to get to the beaches and show you around the place. By the way, it is divine in the middle of many trees, the sound of birds and a visit from the howler monkeys. The apartment is super well equipped, clean, white and beautiful natural light. The village has a beautiful vibe, the beach has a lot of stones but that's its charm. The icing on the cake are Luna and Toby who accompany you on walks and in the pool between a very light shade to relax in the afternoon. We will definitely be back🫶🏼.

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

We had a great time, Natalia loving, always attentive, responding and solving everything with a lot of concern. very nice place for a family of 4. 10min from the beach walking. Lo towards every morning to go surfing. We made a couple of comments on Natalia on how I could improve some practical details on the dpto to keep improving but overall very happy with the instance. Fantastic host! Communication was great and helpful. Great location! On the beach, private and tranquil setting. We love the pool and the grounds. It’s right on the trial to Playa Granda for surfing. You cant go wrong staying here. Kicking back In a hammock with a cold beverage and listening to the ocean is the perfect ending to a day of playing at the beach.

This was our second trip to Playa de Pesca Resort and obviously if we did not like it to the first time we would not have come back. The property is very lush with native plants and animals. The sides of the duplexes have great natural light but are still private. Make sure you ask Joe to make you some pizza as he has the best around! Great guy who is generous and helpful and keeps a great place to relax and unwind.

Close to fishing village. Nice pool. Excellent private sheltered parking space. Good price.

Very easy walk to the beach and great restaurants near by. The house was very good for cooking meals and clean good bathrooms and bed rooms!

Highly recommended, the house is beautiful and with all the comforts you may need, the pool is very clean and fresh, the place where it is located is very nice surrounded by forest with a lot of peace and privacy, the hosts' attention was exceptional from the beginning, always attentive and pending with the arrival and everything we need to know. We definitely want to return to that same house because the whole experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end, and again very grateful for Álvaro's attention, we will see you again!

The villa is very comfortable. It has utensils in the kitchen to prepare food. The place is quiet to rest and very close to the beach and supermarkets and restaurants. We went as a family and we liked it very much. We will definitely stay with Carlie again

We enjoyed our stay greatly. We found the location to be perfect and truly about as close to the beach as you can get. Finding the place upon arrival was a bit confusing but we figured it out quickly. The street is very small but it is the one directly next to El Patio Cafe. We do not recommend driving up the road more than you absolutely need to as it is very narrow. The place was private yet incredibly close to lots of things. The highlights for us were the monkeys that visited the large tree in front of the house daily as well as the various other animal sightings the outdoor kitchen allowed us to have. We saw tiny striped skunks, raccoons, many iguanas, and an armadillo! However be warned there are definitely bugs as would be expected for a jungle-y area. It didn’t bother us much but if you’re sensitive, be aware. The outdoor space was very comfortable, the fan cools it rather well if you’re sitting. Very stocked kitchen! Very clean house. Incredibly responsive and kind host!

We had a great stay at this beautiful Airbnb! Clean, cosy, fantastic backyard where you’ll see a lot of animals, good location & easy to check-in. Amelia helped us with everything and made sure we had a pleasant stay, thank you again! Would definitely come back.

Great condo near the beach. It was very well equipped and very clean in a nice complex with its own pool. Arman was a great host always quick to respond and comes highly recommended. 5 star all the way

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a magical place in the middle of the jungle and with beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were amazing!!! The apartments are perfectly clean, the decoration is very nice. The beds are perfect. The barhrooms are spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.I highly recommend the place. Manzanillo Beach, just a three-minute drive away, is a beautiful place. We also enjoyed Santa Teresa Beach and Hermosa Beach. The hostess Luz is very kind, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some wonderful days of vacation

Thank you for all the help this weekend. Nice location, very close to many nice places. I am fascinated by the number of animals on site, pool and furniture. In addition to this residential with a lot of security. A quiet and cute place to come as a family.

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Enjoying the Lapas Tricolor in its natural environment, watching them fly freely. It's something that you don't get elsewhere. We really liked being able to stay in a place where there is excellent security, cleanliness and respect for the neighbors following the rules.
