Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Malpais

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitengasse abseits der Hauptstraße. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, bei Restaurants/Sodas, dem Supermarkt oder Cafés. Lage TOP! Wir haben nur für weitere Ziele das Auto verwendet und konnten alles reibungslos laufen. Unterkunft war gut durchdacht und auch das offene Badezimmer hat uns nicht gestört. Nachbarn sind ruhig, bis auf die Baustelle in der Nähe kriegt man tagsüber nichts mit. Die Kommunikation mit Paula wie auch Sophia war klasse. Paula kam uns auch zur Hilfe mit unserem gesperrten Safe. Danke dafür nochmal. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Santa Teresa und würden wieder kommen!

Maria was responsive and very helpful..great host!we enjoyed our stay.the place is gorgeous!feel safe and quite..private beach and it was beautiful..we love it!we saw howler like 20 in one tree..and a baby deer,macaws.highly recommend..thanks!

Fue nuestra primera vez en la zona y desde antes de reservarlo, Lorna fue muy atenta explicando y recomendando qué lugares visitar. En sitio te recibe Adonis quien en todo momento fue super atento, amigable y anuente a ayudarte en todo, desde dónde comer hasta cómo llegar a las playas y de paso enseñarte el lugar. Que dicho sea de paso es divino en medio de muchos árboles, sonido de pajaritos y visita de los monos aulladores. El apartamento está súper bien equipado, limpio, blanco y una luz natural hermosa. El pueblo tiene una vibra lindísima, la playa tiene muchas piedras pero ese es su encanto. La cereza en el pastel son Luna y Toby que te acompañan en las caminatas y la piscina entre una sombra muy apenas para relajarse en la tarde. Sin duda, volveremos 🫶🏼.

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

Die Unterkuft war super alles mega schön eingerichtet und alles nötige war vorhanden. Zu Empfehlen: Ein 4 x 4 wird nicht umbedingt gebraucht aber ein gewissen Skill braucht rs schon um zur Unterkuft zu gelangen da die Strasse sehr holprig ist. Ansonsten aber sicher ein besuch wert

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Raratonga. L’hôtel est de taille humaine dans une belle végétation avec une petite piscine très agréable pour se rafraîchir aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée. La rue en dessous est certes un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça.

Maria and Martin are wonderful hosts. The house is beautiful and lots of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Walking distance to Playa Mar Azul with great tide pools for little ones. Short drive to town but outside of busy Santa. The wifi was fine for personal use but not suitable for business if you are planning to work on your stay. The property is lovely but there is no ocean view as the photos listed suggest. Otherwise as pictured and lovely all around!

We had a great stay in Santa Teresa. The flat is perfectly located, modern and features all needed equipment. The outdoor terrace and the pool is a real plus as we could easily cool down after a nice day. It was probably the best Airbnb we stayed in during our stay in Costa Rica. And the cleaning service made it all even smoother. Can only recommend!!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique Airbnb. Le logement est un véritable petit paradis, parfaitement entretenu, avec une piscine toujours propre malgré les arbres environnants. Les hôtes ont été exemplaires : attentionnés, réactifs et toujours à l’écoute. Ils prenaient le temps de nous informer des mesures à prendre pour notre sécurité, surtout avec le début de la saison des pluies. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre voyage exceptionnel. Nous recommandons cet endroit les yeux fermés !

We loved staying at Casa Wahoo. Quiet little corner away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa, yet easy to get to various surf breaks and town. The place was very clean and felt new/nice. Only 2 of the 3 bedrooms had AC, so we just shared 2 rooms. AC in the main area and the 2 rooms worked great.

Everything about this home was amazing and the host Barbara was the cherry on top. The home was exactly what we were expecting. The pool is fantastic throughout the day for a quick cool down and even more wonderful in the evening looking at the beautiful views. Barbara was so helpful at giving great suggestions for getting groceries and her restaurant recommendations were perfect! She and her husband graciously returned a water toy that slipped over the infinity edge. I absolutely hope to stay at this home again in the future.

El hospedaje es tal cual se ve en las fotos, súper cerca de la playa, bonito y seguro. Siempre nos contestaron super rápido e inclusive nos ayudaron con unas cosas que dejamos en el hospedaje. Muy amables y un hospedaje hermoso!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. We found the location to be perfect and truly about as close to the beach as you can get. Finding the place upon arrival was a bit confusing but we figured it out quickly. The street is very small but it is the one directly next to El Patio Cafe. We do not recommend driving up the road more than you absolutely need to as it is very narrow. The place was private yet incredibly close to lots of things. The highlights for us were the monkeys that visited the large tree in front of the house daily as well as the various other animal sightings the outdoor kitchen allowed us to have. We saw tiny striped skunks, raccoons, many iguanas, and an armadillo! However be warned there are definitely bugs as would be expected for a jungle-y area. It didn’t bother us much but if you’re sensitive, be aware. The outdoor space was very comfortable, the fan cools it rather well if you’re sitting. Very stocked kitchen! Very clean house. Incredibly responsive and kind host!

This house is an absolute gem 💎 Incredible quiet location. You are surrounded by nature and incredible trees. It felt like we were living with the monkeys. The architecture of the house is very modern. Very well equipped. We made good use of the binoculars to spot the monkeys, toucans iguanas and birds in the morning. The pool and its surroundings are stunning.. personally my favourite thing about the house. And so many pretty flowers everywhere! We were all very sad to leave but will definitely come back next year! Thank you for everything.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

It is a magical place in the middle of the jungle and with beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were amazing!!! The apartments are perfectly clean, the decoration is very nice. The beds are perfect. The barhrooms are spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.I highly recommend the place. Manzanillo Beach, just a three-minute drive away, is a beautiful place. We also enjoyed Santa Teresa Beach and Hermosa Beach. The hostess Luz is very kind, friendly and attentive. We enjoyed some wonderful days of vacation

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

I could not have been happier with this stay. I am an airbnb superhost myself in a popular tourism destination so i really looked over the place closely. The location is way closer to the santa teresa strip than google maps leads you to believe, it is all of a 5 minute roll down the hill by car to everything you could need. Being up on the hill it is very quiet and far from the craziness of the beach, it was an even closer drive to montezuma where we would go hiking. Just from our porch we saw monkeys and beautiful birds. The ACs blow cold and the shower is the best shower i’ve ever used, beds were extremely comfortable and all new appliances in the kitchen, and a lovely little laundry room to clean up dirty beach and hiking clothes. As an airbnb host i can tell you Mariajo is a pro, there were many details in this apartment i will be taking home to my listing to implement. All communications with mariajo were responded to instantly. Highly recommend staying here🤙🙌👍

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Disfrutar de las Lapas Tricolor en su ambiente natural, verlas volar libremente. Es algo que no se consigue en otros lugares. Nos gustó mucho poder alojarnos en un lugar donde hay excelente seguridad, limpieza y respeto por los vecinos siguiendo las normas. Todo el equipo fue muy amable, estaban muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Los felicito tienen una joya de propiedad, en futuras vacaciones espero tener la suerte de conseguir alojarme nuevamente con ustedes.
