Everything was fine, as described and as in the photos. Everything was very clean. Quiet area. Had a nice stay.

A lovely cottage for two, warm and cozy also in January when it is missing and raining. Windows and views all around, walking from the house, and quiet. And of course clean and everything you need.

Lovely place which is well set up for a large group. The amenities (except for the jacuzzi and sauna) are basic but sufficient, and they communicate clearly what you need to bring yourself. Very kind host, even though there was a language barrier. The communication in advance through Belvilla felt unnecessarily complicated. Keep an eye out for the utilities and taxes. They communicate them clearly after booking but the price can be steep. The location is a relaxing rural spot, though that does imply you need a car to get anywhere. We'd definitely consider going back again!

Love Tessa Dear Community, Our stay in the Eifel has become an all-round feel-good vacation due to many factors. Very nice, natural, hiking region. All the people we met were open, helpful and very hospitable... Tessa's farmhouse is a special location, clean, original, lovingly prepared and the garden with winter garden invites you to relax. We had a great time at this lovely cottage in Hotton! As soon as we arrived, everything was perfect and easy thanks to the self check-in accompanied by a very clear video. We particularly appreciated that the accommodation was already heated thanks to the pellet stove and reversible air conditioning, which was very comfortable this season. Having two sources of heat was really reassuring and pleasant. The cottage matches the description perfectly: comfortable, very clean and carefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm atmosphere created by the stove, perfect for relaxing after our hikes in the area. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we also enjoyed the many streaming options for quiet evenings. Thanks to Aurélie and Jean-François for their responsiveness. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for calm and comfort. We'll be happy to go back!

What a beautiful vacation home! The house was sparkling clean, with a nice bathroom, tastefully decorated and very complete. At night it is wonderfully quiet. There is a lot of greenery around the house, giving you a lot of privacy. The contact with Manon went quickly and very pleasantly. In short, a big 10!

Sarah was a very nice host, well-maintained space, refrigerator filled for the first approach, handy if you come on the weekend/when the shops are closed. Nice communication. Beautiful surroundings

Lovely with 4 bedrooms and 2 X bathrooms on 1 floor and a nice large kitchen/living room with dining and lounge area. In addition, a nice terrace and a grill.

Tony is very friendly and responds to all messages quickly. The accommodation is in a great location (close to the Spa circuit, Forestia, Malmedy...). The accommodation is impeccably clean, spacious and well-equipped (with a magnificent view!). We will definitely be back!!

What you see is what you get. A private house with multiple bathrooms. Large garden, large trampoline and more for the kids. Unobstructed views. Great bbq. very good quality. Not too far from the motorway. Peace and quiet and lots of greenery.

Very pleasant holiday accommodation for a weekend in the Ardennes. Nice cities at a rideable distance. Everything in the house is available to stay there. Very friendly host; she gave clear instructions and very quick to respond to questions. Also nice: the many tips about restaurants and local eateries we found in the cottage.

Beautiful stay in the middle of the green Ardennes. The park on which it is located was a bit quiet, but the surroundings were very nice. The cottage has all the comforts and well equipped with all necessities

We very much enjoyed all the space; with nice weather you can sit perfectly in the garden and if it gets a little less there is plenty of space inside to eat together or sit in the sitting area. The area is beautiful!

Very nice house, perfectly located for small hikes in the region. The house is really nice with a fireplace and everything you need. It's even nicer in real life than the photos.

We stayed at this space to access a festival in domaine de Radhadesh. The location is perfect, the amenities are great and the host is happy to always help. Loved the stay!

Very cozy house that was lit and heated when we arrived! The host was quick to respond to our messages and was super guest friendly. Bed and bath linen were provided at a reasonable price of 10 euros. Everything was thought of such as coffee, a bottle of bubbly,... You could also relax outside. Ideal cottage to book if you go to the Ardennes! Only downside of the house was that you heard every noise through the walls and ceiling.

The house is wonderful if you have dogs and we were very grateful that we were allowed to stay with our dogs at Pascale. The house is part of the house and has its own entrance. It is old and cozy, and the bedrooms with private bathrooms are ideal. The fireplace is wonderful for cold evenings. The fully fenced garden ensured that the dogs also had a wonderful vacation.
