Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable house. The price is definitely worth it. Stayed with the whole family (8 adults and 5 kids). Plenty of place and privacy.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at the lake romance with Lisa-Alessa on the Magdalene Lake and felt very comfortable here. Everything you needed was there, our two Bullys (French Bulldogs) could swim here in peace and felt at home here. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage to every vacationer, it is a true holiday paradise right on a beautiful lake here.

Very nice place to stay with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor hot tub for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great skiing vacation with a small ski resort right in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding towns. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We'll definitely be back!

A particularly enchanting "princess apartment" :-) Equipped with a lot of love for detail. Even the hair dryer was the color of the tiles and sofa. I felt very comfortable and slept wonderfully well. I can 100% recommend the place!

We stayed here for 4 nights for a ski holiday. The apartment is nice and modern with a wonderful view of the area (mountains and valley). 15-20 minutes away from various ski options within Ski Amadé. We found Zauchensee and Flachauwinkel top for skiing. The sauna facilities are nice to use after skiing. Nearby and a fifteen-minute drive away are great restaurants. The staff is very friendly at reception and checkout.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Everything was perfect

We once again had a wonderful vacation at the alpine hut. The location is simply breathtaking and the hut itself is very cozy and well equipped. Johann, the landlord, is not only incredibly friendly, but even helped us with a small car breakdown. We always feel at home here and are guaranteed to come back!

The apartment was very nice. Everything was clean and exactly as described. It is extremely quiet, with beautiful views of the mountains and a horse paddock in front of the house. A small hiking trail with little public traffic passes directly by the house. The hostess also gave us many useful and helpful tips on site. All in all, a perfect place to stay.

Josch & Biggi were amazing, such accommodating hosts that made us feel like we were coming home! I can’t thank them enough for making our honeymoon trip so memorable. The chalet is absolutely stunning, so many beautiful details that made it so cozy. It was truly a winter wonderland. I couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone visiting Austria!

Our stay at the Sonnenhütte was simply fantastic! The amenities of the cottage are really great and leave nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which gave us a very pleasant feeling. Particularly noteworthy is that the cottage is perfect for people with dogs and children. There's plenty of room to play and romp. The view from the cottage is just great. We were able to enjoy the beautiful view every morning and experience nature to the fullest. We can only warmly recommend the Sonnenhütte and would be happy to come back!

The apartment is awesome! Superbly equipped, very well maintained, with a small garden and a beautiful terrace with seating and sunbathing options. You have a great view of the mountains all around! It's about a 25 minutes and it's a great starting point for activities in all directions. Anita and Johannes are very warm and helpful hosts who gave me great tips regarding hikes, etc. and thus made my stay perfect. Thank you for your warmth and I'd love to come back!

This was the 6th year I have been to stay with Renate who is the most friendly and helpful host you could hope for. The apartment is very well appointed and perfect for either a short or longer stay. I have just competed an extended stay for a ski trip. The main Planai gondola is approximately 10 minutes walk with a supermarket located midway on the walk so very convenient. It’s is only a short walk to the main square with bars and restaurants. The apartment is situated overlooking the rivers Enns with a lovely riverside walk. It is a very comfortable apartment with a recently refurbished shower room. The beds are very comfortable and there is a new sofa unit at the dinette. Renate is always looking to improve the apartment and I know she is looking to refurbish the kitchen at some point in the future. I hope to return next year.

The house is cozy and well heated, perfect for winter holidays. The secluded location guarantees tranquility and silence, ideal for those who want to get away from the routine and enjoy some peace. A big thank you to Luca, our host, always available and very kind, ready to respond to any need.
