What we love about this house is the open concept. It's homey & warm. All furnishings & supplies (besides washer & dryer) are brand new as of May 2023. The neighborhood is safe & quiet, & the neighbors are friendly & keep to themselves. The house itself is centrally located. You get the small town feel, but are within minutes of the freeway. Boise is less than an hour away. There are several restaurants & grocery stores just across the river in Ontario.

This property is perfect for spending time with family or friends. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch swing or head out back to the courtyard which has room for gatherings that feel private and secluded despite being in town. Secluded in peach orchards and yet easy access from the freeway and town. Plus, off-street parking and easy pull through for trailers. Please no pets. That includes Service Animals. While we appreciate pets, the host of this facility is quite allergic to pet dander.
